First few visits here went well, and I actually liked Dr. Moore, although I think some of the female staff is not all that pleasant, but in the last 2 1/2 years, with the obsession of masking here and trying to read the charts with fogged up lenses made it difficult to see, but heck, who cares, just keep it on!! Well, 3 attempts now at getting a prescription correct and I am not going back. My husband went recently for eye exam (October 2022) and Dr. Moore is still obsessing about masks - even though the very trustworthy CDC, uh-hem, changed their recommendations back in September - stating that healthcare facilities need not require people or workers to wear a mask, but Dr. Moore insists! If he is living in fear of a virus, then let him wear the mask, but don't force patients to wear them. In this day and age, it doesn't seem to matter about logic or being asymptomatic, its all fear and force. read more

Just moved into the area. I was using VisionWorks, previously, but wanted to try a local Dr. Dr. Moore is thorough, personable and knowledgeable. His staff is both helpful and friendly. This will continue to be where I get my vision care. Update 10/2021: Well, two years have passed since I've moved up here and this is still my eye care place. Dr. Moore and the staff continue to be warm, friendly and very helpful. I had issues with contact lenses. My brand discontinued the ones I've worn for years, so they helped me by giving me lots of trial lenses of other brands until I settled on what to use going forward. This year I finally broke down and ordered a real pair of glasses to augment my contacts. Again, extremely helpful. Thanks to all of you! read more

Had my annual eye exam this week and service was excellent as expected. Very courteous and professional. Have been going here for 15 years, except when I was out of NJ for a while. Wish they had a better selection of frames but that's something else..wouldn't go anywhere else for the eye exam. read more

I have been going to see Dr. Moore (aka "Much Moore") and his staff for many years and the only constant is that the service keeps getting better and better. The three ladies that work behind the plexiglass are pleasant, professional, and all have a good sense of humor. And their knowledge of the business is second to none. I purchased my glasses from here a little over a year ago. I purchased two pairs of glasses which was slightly over $900 worth of prescription eyewear at that time. The first time my main pair came in the field of vision was measured incorrectly, and I could not see properly as the lenses were made to those specifications, and the lenses had to be remeasured by the doctor and redone. That was the first issue. Recently, i broke my new frames that were a little over one month out of warranty (mind you they are a $195 frame). I called to see if they could help me and I was told. You'll have to buy the same frame again, and they can put the lenses into that frame. I spent $900 in the place and you would think that they would have done a little bit better than basically, "sorry you're out of luck," especially since the warranty expired at the end of March. I will not go back to them. Obviously they don't care about customer service, and I am wary about the skill of the people doing the measurements. read more

I dislike having to go to any type of doctor, but Dr. More and staff are so nice and patient that I don't mind going for my yearly eye exam. Occasionally the wait is a little long, but it's probably because Dr. More takes his time with you. They have a nice selection of frames, and will offer suggestions and guidance, which is especially helpful for me since I had trouble deciding! read more
