As she quickly discovered, my shoulders and neck were a mess - she managed to get all of the knots out and still have time to spare for everything else. Who knew my calves were so tight? Not me! I would 100% recommend Jenny. My only problem now is figuring out how many massages I can responsibly budget into my life.

My massage therapist was Christine, who was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about her techniques. However, I indicated on my form that I preferred medium pressure and was surprised by how hard the pressure ended up being. I actually developed a giant purple bruise on the side of my glutes afterward, which was pretty unsettling especially since this was a prenatal massage. She was also very social and this was probably the first massage I've had where I chatted throughout almost the entire thing lol. Between the conversation and the much deeper pressure than I was expecting, I unfortunately didn't find the experience as relaxing as I had hoped. I think she could be a good fit for someone who enjoys very deep pressure and likes chatting during their massage, but it wasn't really the experience I was looking for.

Room wasn't ready & cold. During the massage, the two therapist kept talking very loud with each other, and was on the phone time to time. All this was inclusive of the hour massage we paid for. Massage was mediocre, didn't have any flow, and the pressure applied wasn't enough to alleviate any of my pain or knots. Was not very polite when requesting for us to turn over or letting us know that the massage was done. Didn't even massage the front of the body, arms, and legs. My BF said his massage therapy scratched his scalp for 15 minutes. The experience got even worse when the massage therapist said there is an additional 10% charge for the tip, meaning, if we were to tip $40 which would have been generous for the poor service and massage, it would have been $44. Upon dispute, the therapist claimed that they don't even see the additional 10% and that went to the house, which makes no sense at all but maybe an excuse for them to try and make a little more for themselves. So, leaving a little tip vs. No tip at all, the therapist raged out and started yelling at us, calling me crazy. Definitely one of the worse experiences and not recommended!
