This restaurant sits on property at the Lime Tree Bay Resort where we were staying. We had dinner…read morethere the first night of our stay, and breakfast once during our trip. The Ahi nachos were absolutely delicious. Tuna could have been cut smaller for easier nacho-chip-piling, but the sauces were really good and the tuna was fresh and tender. Baby back rib grilled cheese was also very tasty. We ordered the seafood tortellini and the scallops had a *very* fishy smell and flavor that just kind of tainted the whole dish. Breakfast was meh. Everything was lukewarm, including the coffee that was self-serve and tasted old/bitter. Toast wasn't warm enough to melt the butter they added. Eggs were cooked perfectly (I always order over medium and 90% of the time they aren't cooked properly, so I was pleased with this). One waitress for the whole place and she was impressively efficient. If you're staying at the resort, it's a reasonable option for breakfast on your way out or a sandwich on your way back in for the day. Otherwise there are SO many great restaurant choices nearby.

My friends loved watching the iguanas roam around outside in the parking area while we waited in our food. I ordered the poke nachos and they were amazing. The flavors were great together and the presentation was upscale. Only thing I would have done to improve them was to add a bit more poke itself on them. Otherwise 10 out of 10. My husband order the conch fritters. They were good. They were served with several options for dipping sauce. Although they also touted the best key lime pie in the keys we didn't get it. Maybe next time. This is a place I would stop back at just for the poke nachos. As an army mom I also loved that they were a veteran owned restaurant.
