Scotty's has a charm of a typical 50's fish and chips place. Not too much has changed and a number of us are fine with that. There's a bell near the door that you're encouraged to ring if you appreciated the service. When it's rung, the staff shouts out "Thank you!" You hear it ring quite a lot when you dine-in.
