I knew I wanted a salad and after perusing my options, I decided on the chicken cobb salad. I was huge. AND good! It came with a slice of toasted bread which I devoured. It had just the right amount of everything: tomatoes, chicken, bacon, blue cheese, and salad mix. The dressing came on the side, which is the way I like it. I got the honey mustard salad. OMG it was so good. Maybe because I was starving, but....... no, it was good. I was also thirsty after traveling all day so all I drank was ice cold water. She kept em coming! We arrived with a party of 10 people (6 adults & 4 children), looking forward to dining together to celebrate my sons birthday. However, we were refused service on the basis of our group size. While I understand that restaurants may have policies regarding large parties, the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and lacking in accommodation or effort to offer alternatives. There was no attempt to seat us other than they told us we could sit in separate sections. Good customer service includes making reasonable efforts to accommodate guests or, at the very least, communicating policies clearly and courteously. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve how similar situations are handled in the future.

However, he still kept our credit cards straight in returning them to the correct person. For the the food... She found her entire meal inedible- shrimp on the salad weren't totally cooked and she found the broccoli cold- as if frozen and not totally defrosted. Another friend had a shrimp caesar salad and I had a chicken caesar salad. My friend didn't care for her salad because it was overly salty. I didn't enjoy mine either. I felt like a number and that was the vibe I got with every costumer that walked in that place the night we were there. This is why places like Chic-fil-a and Culver's do as well as they do...because they make great food, don't charge AS MUCH and their customer service is light years better. Again, the truffle chicken sandwich I would order again and recommend (I did it medium and they seasoned it perfectly!) but I'd get it to-go instead of staying there to eat it because I wouldn't want to have the same experience eating there as we did last time! This place COULD do well in PBurg but as it is, I think if they don't modify a few things I don't know how this place will last because of everything mentioned above, especially with all the competition and better prices and costumer service in the area!
