Ordered a bacon quarter pounder deluxe with lettuce tomato onion ketchup mustard and mayo and I got no lettuce and my condiments was on the the side of the sandwich literally. I asked it to be remade and the lady takes it and asks the guy in the back if he can remake it and he huffs and puffs and says I guess and he complains the entire time he's remaking it and it's still incorrect, again today we went there and we got a quarter pounder deluxe and they put no lettuce on it and we ask for lettuce to be put on the sandwich and they bring it back in a bag and put lettuce onions and pickles in a little white container instead of putting it on the sandwich and we ask them again to please fix it and put it on the sandwich, also to add we got a spicy mcchicken with light mayo and they put extra mayo on it and barely any lettuce, these workers all need replaced they should not be this incompetent and disrespectful it's not welcoming it's disgusting and their disrespectful...

I ordered using the Wendy's app - and when I arrived at the window to pickup my order - they asked…read morequestions about if I really wanted what I had put on my order (extra cheese on a salad and ranch instead of Caesar dressing). Once I confirmed that I did indeed want what I ordered I had to pull up and wait - for 8 minutes - For a cold salad and a bowl of chili. I finally got out of my car and walked inside. My order wasn't ready and there was already someone else who had had to do the same because her order had not come outside. When I got my order, and went back to my car I realized there was no silverware (remember I ordered a salad and chili), not one napkin, and no crackers. So - I went back to work hungry - wishing I kept silverware in my glovebox. Today when I went to reheat the chili it was only 2/3 full. Very disappointing!

First of all it wasn't a double and the single hamburger was only 1/10 of an inch thick. They could make 20 of them out of a pound. I quit going to Wendy's 25 years ago and only recently started going there in the mornings for French toast. That hamburger tonight seals the deal I will never go back to Wendy's for anything except their French toast. That was the WORST hamburger I ever had. I'd call it a bun sandwich except it had two pieces of lettuce which was bigger than the hamburger so I guess I could call it a bun sandwich with lettuce!

I pulled the hot dog out and a bite was taken from it. Since I am an avid reviewer I typically would have snapped a pic but I didn't get a chance . We showed the girl employee once she came back out and she apologized and said they would remake it. I decided at that point we wanted just a refund . I walked up to the door and knocked as the employee chatted with her friend at the window. Explained we were trying to feed our 4 year old the hotdog and now we are just skeptical about the whole situation and asked for a refund. She said they were dropping new hot dogs. I told her no we just wanted a refund. I was told refund was given 7-10 business days. Learned my lesson ... will not stop here again when passing thru. Went to DQ and got our hot dog.

I finally just here lately have started going back to Wendy's because of their great French Toast. It might be 25 years before I go back to Arby's.
