That hamburger tonight seals the deal I will never go back to Wendy's for anything except their French toast. That was the WORST hamburger I ever had. I'd call it a bun sandwich except it had two pieces of lettuce which was bigger than the hamburger so I guess I could call it a bun sandwich with lettuce!

My order wasn't ready and there was already someone else who had had to do the same because her order had not come outside. When I got my order, and went back to my car I realized there was no silverware (remember I ordered a salad and chili), not one napkin, and no crackers. So - I went back to work hungry - wishing I kept silverware in my glovebox. Today when I went to reheat the chili it was only 2/3 full. Very disappointing!

We showed the girl employee once she came back out and she apologized and said they would remake it. I decided at that point we wanted just a refund . I walked up to the door and knocked as the employee chatted with her friend at the window. The woman said on neither of them and I said that is right do not put any Red Ranch on either one of them. Well I got them home and they were both drowned with that terrible sauce. We used paper towels and wiped as much as possible off but they still tasted bad. I had made up my mind not to go back there when they quit honoring the Jackson Ironmen Card but figured since I like these sandwiches I might as get some once in a while. But after today and my stomach is already turning and throwing a fit I don't know if I'll ever go back or not. I quit going to Wendy's 25 years ago and would only go there to pick up food for other people on occasion.
