They are always sympathetic and understand that what is happening is annoying. They're awesome, and obviously something else is going on out of their control. Maybe they're not trained enough, the menu has a million items. But, it seems like every other time I go there, what I want is unavailable. Or they don't make it anymore. Or they personally don't know how to make it it. Or whatever. All I know is 50% of the time they can't give me what I ordered. Recently had to wait 30 minutes for two hot dogs, four drinks, and a breakfast burrito. The rest of town didn't have electricity, but they weren't terribly swamped -- only two cars in front of me and two behind. Most fast food places regularly experience that volume of traffic, shouldn't be that long of a wait. It did seem like maybe someone had called off work, as an employee rushed in about 15 minutes into our wait. Just really needs to work on consistency. If you order a drink, it should taste sort of the same every time and not be wildly different. And if you don't have it anymore, take it off the menu. Even if it is just taping over it. Or order a more recent menu. Sure, that looks sketchy, but there have been at LEAST 3 items in recent history I've tried to order and been told they don't serve anymore. I have no confidence when ordering that I will get what I'm expecting.

I walked up to the door and knocked as the employee chatted with her friend at the window.
