The pork chops were very good as usual. The chili was very good as usual but here comes the salad. What is it about a take out salad that makes it so much more different than if you order it in the restaurant. Is there two different batches of lettuce? The lettuce tasted like it had been soaked in water all day, and there were so many lettuce chunks in the salad it was basically a wedge salad. There were barely any eggs on the salad (which if my favorite part). Thank God I had extra cheese from the chili. I asked for Extra ranch. All I got was the small little container of ranch. Needless to say that was a wasted side. This isn't the first time we have had this issue with the salads for takeout. The thing that blows my mind and has been a constant issue, is time. They tell you 20-30 minutes and then you arrive within that time frame only to wait another 20-30 minutes on your food. To me that's poor customer service. When you ask about it or say anything they just give you a free appetizer coupon. It's one of our favorite places to get salads but I will not order takeout salads ever again.

We walked in and were greeted by very nice gentlemen who we assumed was the manger. When they called our number Richard went up to get it and brought it back to the table. Now Richard was very impressed by his Baconburger because he's the grill master at the house so he knows flavor when it hits his tongue!
