The pork chops were very good as usual. The chili was very good as usual but here comes the salad. What is it about a take out salad that makes it so much more different than if you order it in the restaurant. Is there two different batches of lettuce? The lettuce tasted like it had been soaked in water all day, and there were so many lettuce chunks in the salad it was basically a wedge salad. There were barely any eggs on the salad (which if my favorite part). Thank God I had extra cheese from the chili. I asked for Extra ranch. All I got was the small little container of ranch. Needless to say that was a wasted side. This isn't the first time we have had this issue with the salads for takeout. The thing that blows my mind and has been a constant issue, is time. They tell you 20-30 minutes and then you arrive within that time frame only to wait another 20-30 minutes on your food. To me that's poor customer service. When you ask about it or say anything they just give you a free appetizer coupon. It's one of our favorite places to get salads but I will not order takeout salads ever again.

Server refused to take food orders until she took all drink orders. Very loud on the patio - the sound of the chairs on the concrete is unbearable. The onion rings were a bit greasy, but good and huge! My chicken was tender and big enough that I had the other half for dinner. Hubby enjoyed his steak salad and ate it all. Everyone around us were very happy with their meals! HUGE, enormous shoutout to our server, Aleryia! It took almost 10 minutes to get our 2 items, but as mentioned earlier, it was extremely busy when we arrived. The meal reminded me of Raising Cane's, I'd often dined in Texas.
