The people running the business were very kind and helpful , they helped buckle our seat belts and explained things pretty clearly. I have been coming here with my kid almost every year and he always likes it. The karts do not go very fast but it is still very fun for both of us. If you are coming with more than one kid I would bring another adult because there are only single and double karts so that the other adult can take another kid to do something. I can't say we pulled up and they had people getting out of cars and they said they were closed. The kids were disappointed after being on a boat all day they wanted to have fun. Yelp said you would be open until later but who ever was working said no we're closed. These go-carts are absolutely terrible. My family and I stopped in here, while camping at a nearby campground, and were seriously DISAPPOINTED. The carts were SOOOOOOO SLOW. I could have ran faster than they drove, and I am not kidding. We were all really bummed out. Usually, go carts are one of our family's favorite things to do together. We all laugh, make bets on who is going to win, and tell stories for days afterwards about who passed who. When our family started off, my cart died so I never got to really interact with anyone in my group since they were so far ahead of me. At one point I was looking at everyone coming around the track and no one was smiling. It was more like "when is this thing over?". To add insult to injury, it was 60.00 for the 5 of us (and they asked for a tip before we even got to ride so I tipped for a crappy experience). Skip this place. It was $10 for a single rider and $15 for a double rider (doubles have to be 11 and younger) for a 5 minute race. The cars max out on speed just below where you can start sliding the cars, which was a little disappointing, but it still made for some good wholesome fun. Even with COVID 19 around, My family was on their way to the beach when we spotted this place! The list of things wrong with this place is long! The Carts are literally falling apart in front of you but the real problem is the people. I hate to be a snob but while we waited in line we played the game of how many spelling and grammar errors we found on the signage. One of the employees was hurt at the starting line. A young girl (13-14) pinched one of the employees ankles between to carts. He screamed and cried for a full minute. I have never heard so many F words in such a short amount of time. The girl sat helpless in her cart and took his abuse finally he told her to get the F out of the cart and to get off the track. What kind of man treats a girl this way! It wasn't her fault! There is no safety precautions! She is a person who is clearly not an experienced driver and you are surprised when she makes a mistake. We got are money back and left and I would hope folks wouldn't waste it to start with! read more

Under new management within about the last year, the course is still the same and just as fun. The karts aren't fast, but the track is still fun offering a variety of turns and stretches. They have both single and double rider karts. Lots of fun for all ages, even smaller children who can buckle up in a two seater and have a great time. read more

Will not go back ever again and I don't recommend. I had family here from out of town and while in Long Beach the kids wanted to go on the go carts. My brother and I used to have a blast going on them as kids so we let our kids go on them. They have signs that say if you drive aggressively you will be ask to get off. Well apparently they post rules they don't enforce. There was a group of 4 other people that went on at the same time as our kids and they were driving very aggressively. Purposely running others off the track and crashing them into the tires. My daughter was crashed into 3 times by the same person with the 3rd time causing injury. When she told the attendant, as he was pulling her car out of the tires, he did nothing about it. The on-track personnel were not watching the riders at all. They spent most of their time looking around the perimeter of the track as if looking for something that someone had lost. When I complained at the ticket window the gal told me it was a ride at your own risk ride. When we asked to speak to the owner, the same gal told us he was in Hawaii. When we asked for his name and contact information, the same gal told us she was not allowed to give us that information. A little bit later we found out the owner was inside of a building next to the track painting a car (so no, he wasn't in Hawaii). When we were finally able to get him to come outside and talk to us, he really didn't seem to care much about his track operations or the safety of his customers. He had to get back to painting the car inside because they were a couple days behind schedule. Very poor customer service from all aspects. Very unsafe to ride as they don't enforce their rules in order to keep customers safe. Our kids did not have a good time riding the go carts. read more
