Great family experience. Close to hotel and reasonable price. Two thumbs up! Took us about an hour with 4 people.

The negative reviews for this place crack me up! You get what you pay for! We paid what? $3 to play…read moreat this mini golf course? What do you expect for three dollars? While there were rocks on the greens because they had not been used or swept recently, and some the greens were actually far from level with corners sinking down into the Earth, my eight year-old daughter are still loved playing! You could definitely spend over twice as much to play down the street, but this place is so cheap, why not play at both!

By a wide margin, the Fun Beach course is better although more expensive ($10 vs $5 here). This one on 2nd Street is very dilapidated - lots of rips & tears, rocks on the course and non functional hazards. You'll also find the holes to be unimaginative - almost all are straight or 'L' shaped. There are a bunch of fun statues and things scattered about but they've seen better days too. The course was unattended when we got there during what locals told us was the busiest weekend of the year (the Rod Run weekend) and there were no customers. But it was open - you just need to pop into the Fish Alley Clothing/Stormin' Norman's store to pay and get a ball. Putters are already at the course. All that adds up to one-star but I'll give it two because it's mini-golf! Just ignore the dilapidation and have fun.

Thought I'd drop in & try it again at Rainier Lanes and really enjoyed it, probably start bowling again just for the fun of it. Place had kind of a funny vibe to it being a stranger to the place now, from the parking lot to entering, the inside just seemed narrow & cramped, even the restrooms, but still enjoyed getting out of the house & doing something a little physical for entertainment. Only real irritation was no one was really following proper bowling etiquette of not standing or getting up to the approach while someone is bowling in the lanes next to you, we used to always wait, eye check the others waiting to see who goes ahead while the other steps back until it is their turn, but then that is what you learn playing league I guess. But I encourage everyone to consider bowling as another option of entertainment, it's as social as you want to make it or something for your own activity...

And it was pretty clean too! Great music in the background lol. Kiddos loved it.

We've been coming here for decades really and it's usually a great time to ride the bumper cars and…read moreplay Ten Tiny Tees. While the miniature golf was great as usual, there was way too much grease on the surface where the cars were on so it made it unusually difficult to even get in a few laps or bump others as there was very little gripping of the surface. Plus there was considerable grease on the steering wheel which also contributed to difficult steering. We hadn't experienced this under the former ownership, which I believe was a family operation. While it brought back memories, just sliding around w/o control due to too much grease makes us wonder if it's worth coming back. Hopefully the new owners read reviews and take notes as to what is good and what needs improvement.

YAY Taking my kids here is like passing on great childhood memories directly to them. I think my daughter and I rode the tilt-a-whirl 40 times this weekend and at $2.50 a person its not cheap. I understand they are only open for a short season and they have to make some money while the windows open. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the attendants aren't very friendly. They make grunting noises and point a lot. I understand the employee pool in a small town runs shallow but come on, you can find someone who would a least show they half way enjoy their job. This is an amusement ride already. GET AMUSED!
