Additionally, I have interviewed two others and feel they either didn't want my business or they were not up to the task. Hands down I would trust my property management needs with the professional's at Boomtown Inc. The owner, also a property owner and investor knows the ins and outs of the market, has great contractor's lined up to support you and is backed by a great friendly team. I was charged: $119 for Sewer $139.16 for water $558 in "Miscellaneous" charges such as apparently mowing the grass lol. And $550 in carpet, not $800. Oh and also, I spoke with the apparent carpet guy, who does not own a business for carpet install. He does not recall installing carpet? He had no idea what I was even talking about and denied owning a company called "Julio Perez Carpet Sale"(that was the invoice you sent me) Also, your other invoices from your "Miscellaneous" charges that you had your "Contractor" perform(installing flooring and apparently unclogging drains) does not have an active license from the MHIC, I checked multiple Times and even searched him by name. Don't worry, I will be reporting him for you. The incident on 7/13 is not the incident about the air I am speaking of, but nice try. You failed to speak on the roach problem? Anything to add? What about that awesome cracked window? I will be by Friday morning to pick up my amended security deposit. Thank you :)

    My experience with Jennifer Pascal, a property manager with Clagett Enterprises was very negative…read more I was offered a lease that contained illegal clauses and did not respect Maryland Landlord Tenant Law. The lease contained typos and was never corrected / updated according to the Law. 1 clause stated that I was responsible for rodents and pests that may appear in the townhouse, 48 hours after occupancy. During Showing, Jennifer stated that tenants are not responsible for the care of the small lawn. Yet the lease stated the opposite. Getting Jennifer to correct the lawn care and other lease clauses, was a nightmare. There was a "Possession Clause" which stated that the property may not be available, upon the beginning of the Lease term, even though rent has been paid. The Lease was 1 sided and sketchy. When I asked Jennifer for a law-abiding lease, my request was denied.

    They should receive a negative star rating. This company manages the homeowners association (HOA)…read morein my community and has raised the HOA fee four times in the past five years. The fee started at $90 and is now $354 for snow and grass removal. The grass is contaminated and full of weeds because it hasn't been maintained properly, yet they do nothing to fix it. There are also issues with parking and traffic, but they continue to ignore them. Make sure you understand the role of the HOA in your community. They are supposed to solve problems, but they don't. I keep wondering where all that money is going.
