They have freezer sections, fresh cuts, vacuum sealed items, I'd even go as far as saying that if you needed something off-menu, they might be able to hook you up. The folks behind the counter were very patient, and super efficient. We ended up leaving with two maple blueberry breakfast sausages, two decent sized New York Strip steaks, 2 girthy Who Dat Balls, 2 giant stuffed chicken breasts (one Italian, one 4 cheese), a dozen boudin stuffed tamales, and two thiccc vac-sealed brisket burgers. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed. Parking is easy on a weekend, but could be tight during rush. They also have a customer service reward program, so get your stamp on. Someone named Sandro helped me, I think he may have been the manager or the owner, but he was very helpful. He also told me that the grilled chicken outside is only available on the weekend, and you can get rice, beans, tortillas, and salsa for a total of $12.99 for a whole chicken. That's right, and this chicken is so delicious. The rice and beans are really good, charro beans to be exact. They also have a little buffet where they will serve you different entrées. I'm not really sure what was there. Once I got my meats and the chicken, I didn't look. Can't wait to see how the fresh meat turns out. For the look and service they get 5 stars. I'll be back. (It was 8 days before and I didn't care. They were promised in five days.) Then I actually got a notification from USPS that a shipment had been sent December 3. Obviously it was not shipped until the day I called to ask where it was. They were sent to Dallas, Texas, then to Pennsylvania, then to Avondale, Arizona, then Phoenix. SEVENTEEN DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, FINALLY RECEIVED. The woman on the phone COULD have said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I'll credit you the shipping, or I'll send you an extra pound for your trouble." She could have said many things that would keep me as a customer, but nope. Nothing but snark and excuses and she hadn't shipped anything until I called to question it.
