They only had one wait staff so it took a while for her to get to us. We ordered some appetizers to start with the ordered our meals. She forgot to turn in my daughter's Chicken Wings for her meal. We had finished our food when she came back an apologized for forgetting her food. So my daughter ate from my fries and grandsons pizzas! Now, What food we did get was good! The pizzas had a lot of toppings and were good. The Fries were good with lots of toppings. We ordered: Fried Mushrooms, Served with Homemade Ranch. Very Good! Fried Pickle Chips, Crispy and good. Served with Homemade Ranch. Pork Rinds, Served with Buffalo Sauce. Extra Crispy and Great Flavor Looking forward to having them again. 10" MONSTA - Hamburger, pepperoni, canadian bacon, chicken sausage, tomato, bell pepper, onion, olive & mushroom. 10" HALL OF FLAME - Hamburger, pepperoni, sausage, jalapeno, tomato, bell pepper, onion, olive, mushroom & buffalo sauce SANDMAN FRIES - Fries loaded with cheddar cheese, queso, carne asada, sweet Texas Heat sauce, ranch & bacon. It's definitely more of a bar to sit down and chat as they have a lot of very comfortable seating. The bartenders were friendly, and I got to try a few different drinks. Their menu is huge, and they have so many interesting cocktails. Dragon's Breath: I may have misremembered the name, but this was definitely the coolest drink I got. It came with a plastic dragon egg with dry ice spewing out of it just for the vibes. The actual drink itself was very tasty and sweet with a dragonfruit flavour. The main liquor is Malibu. The Parlour: had a sour lime taste to it with a big green skull ice block. My friend kept the golden skull pick as it is marketed as a keepsake, which is a very cute idea. This is one of their most expensive cocktails. Lychee Martini: this was terrible. I love lychee, and I like martinis, but this tasted like foul flowers. I would call this a rotten lavender taste. I did not taste any lychee. Living Dead Girl: tasty vodka cran drink with real blackberries. They got stuck in my teeth and stained them, but it tasted great.

Parking is downtown so depending on when you go, you might have so issues. The bar itself is relatively small, and it was a little awkward going by myself on a random Friday evening. The seats were comfortable, but definitely recommend going with someone should you decide to check this place out. I will be going back for another coconut blueberry margarita in the near future with a friend of mine.

They don't have much parking however, we were told parking in the lot across the street is fine even though the sign says otherwise. I don't think it's a must to make reservations but we did and was seated promptly. As a heads up, they won't seat you if your entire party is not there. You can never go wrong with chicken and waffles and I'm glad that I ordered this. I ordered my chicken fried hard and they executed the job perfectly! The waffle is served cut into 4 pieces with a tasty glaze and 3 full sized wings. The waffle is so soft and fluffy, the fork cut through it effortlessly. The chicken was also fresh and seasoned well. Too fresh that I had to wait until it cooled to eat. They also have other southern dishes like shrimp & grits, fish & grits, and seafood pasta. Overall, the customer service was great and food even better. If I'm in the area and feeling brunch, this restaurant will be at the top of my list.

I saw the pictures of Zodiac and the food looked amazing. Nestled in Downtown Killeen, this hidden gem is what you would not expect Killeen has to offer. As soon as you walk in it has an astrology oriented theme to it. The hostess was very prompt and polite and seated us at the table. Our host, a young male whose name I don't recall was also polite and made sure we did not need anything. Drinks were quickly refilled without us asking. Looking at the menu it is very moderately priced. I elected to go with the boudin egg rolls as an appetizer and lamb chops with asparagus and smoked Gouda Mac and cheese. The wait for the food was not long. The egg rolls were delicious. I do feel like the mayo-mustard sauce that accompanied it did not belong. I feel like a sweet chili glaze sauce or some type of sweet sauce would be perfect, except to not inspire any Asian influence cuisine. The lamb chops, oh my. Probably the best lamb chops I have ever had in my life. The sweet glaze it had, and how beautifully seasoned it was surprised me. The Mac and cheese was a let down and let me explain why. It did come out cold and soupy and a bit al dente. However it tasted very well. The asparagus was on the thin side but it was cooked nicely with garlic. The love potion drink was so good, I am normally a light weight and this was a sweet drink. I did feel like the presentation was a bit overboard with an empty lamplight holding your drinks but I understand. It's part of the presentation with the name of the drink. Normally I would have given this a 4 star but this hidden gem in Killeen is exactly what I was looking for. A restaurant like this is what you would normally find in a big city like Dallas or Austin. But the food here and the Chef making the food are doing big things for the culinary scene in the small city of Killeen. Would I eat here again? Absolutely. I recommend this place if you want amazing food, great vibes and a wonderful date.
