Excellent service. I would recommend this guy to anyone who wants a local auto shop. He's a no nonsense mechanic.

Had a fabulous experience with Andrew today. My keys were stolen over the weekend and I had only…read moreone set of keys to my 2008 Pathfinder. He was able to get the correct key made, came to my home where the car was (obviously I couldn't drive it to him) and had it programmed and usable in less than 5 minutes. I tried to give him a tip and he wouldn't take it. I also returned a couple of fluorescent bulbs that I hadn't been able to use (replaced the light instead) and they refunded the full price, even without the receipt. I have been to this store numerous times and have never been disappointed. Whatever customer service training these folks have had, it should be replicated everywhere!!

I got a message from Andrew.Hey, this is Andrew at the batteries plus an animal. I'm calling about the Ford key that you were trying to get us to program yesterday. Um, I don't know if the best news, uh, Eric, the uh, the guy that was helping you yesterday told me about what was going on and I did my research today to see if there was anything I could do to help and get that key programs. Um, I'm glad we were able to cut it successfully. I don't think we charged you for that, um, but yeah, my, my key cutter act, or my, not cutter. My key programmer actually, uh, Eric did everything right yesterday and only goes up to year 2020. My other computer can't pull the code from that vehicle, so, um, yours is just by chance one of the few that were unable to help you with, so, um, yeah. I apologize for the inconvenience on that and I wish you luck in finding it uh a place to program it. Give me a copy of any questions bye. hour and a half of my time because he couldn't figure it out.

Any time I have ever been to this location, they've never treated me like the dumb old cliche "what…read moredo girls know about cars" although, I know very little, Haha On my visit here, I needed a new has cap and I wanted one that locked. They didn't have the particular one I needed at the moment, but they could have it there with in a few hours. They said one the part arrived, they could give me a call. Perfect! While I was there, I also picked up head lights, with their help. When I got home, I replaced my head lights on my car and relaxed for a few hours until they called. It actually worked out perfect to where they called and I picked up the locking gas cap on my way to work. **I like that there are spaces right in front of the store where you can do simple works on your car.. I try not to take up those close spots or if I do, I'm only there a few minutes** I popped my gas cap on and was on my way. I wish I had gotten that man's name that helped me. He did great! (I have been here on on one occasion to buy a headlights, and forgot to check which light was actually out.. headlight or highbeam... they were so nice to me when I bought the wrong one.. although I felt like the biggest ditz HAHAHA) This is my favorite O'Reilly Store!

I purchased a headlight bulb from O'Reilly Auto Parts about three months ago. At the time of…read morepurchase, one of the store employees offered to install the bulb, and the installation was completed by their staff. Only three months later, the bulb burned out. I returned to the store to ask whether there was any warranty coverage. I was told there was no warranty because the bulb was supposedly "self-installed" and that bulbs can fail quickly if touched by bare hands during installation. I explained that the bulb was not self-installed--it was installed by one of their employees. The response I received was that none of the employees who worked there three months ago are still employed at the store, so they could not verify who installed it. I am disappointed with both the product and the customer service. A headlight bulb should last much longer than three months, and I do not believe I should have to spend another $70 because of what may have been an improper installation. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the store dismissed my concerns and refused to take responsibility. I expected better customer service and support from O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I knew my SUV needed a new battery for a few weeks now, but have been putting it off. Today, while at the park with my wife and toddler, 30 mins from home our battery decided to finally die completely. The first thing I did was uber to O'Reilly to get a jump start pack and immediately Noe was super helpful and recommended I borrow their jump pack (and leave my ID) in order to save some money until I could get the car there just so I can get a new battery. Unfortunately, the pack was not able to get the battery going so I called back and Noe offered to literally come out to me after his shift and help me install a new battery! So I placed in a new battery order online, he arrived promptly right after work still in uniform with all the things necessary (tools, the new battery I ordered, the receipt so I can get my core deposit, and even my ID!). He even did the labor himself pitch black at night, it took him only a few minutes and our car was up and running again! This review is the least I could do to thank Noe. At the end of the day all auto parts stores sell the same thing, it's this type of service that differentiates which one you should always choose.

I found what I needed and...Wow, I don't remember these being sold separately and being so expensive!! However, I picked the ones I wanted and after paying, the kind employee said he could help me out them on. I could have, but since he offered to help, I took him up on his offer. He had it done in minutes and I was on my way! I really appreciate his help and how helpful this store is whenever I do come here.
