We were upfront with you and you were so kind, patient and knowledgeable. You recognized how stressed it was making him, even though he was showing no signs of aggression towards you, you could tell and you thought of him first. Instead of being mean to him and making him completely meltdown. You kindly apologized and said he couldn't handle it, you gave us some good advice to help him and didn't even charge us. You were absolutely correct too. Fast forward 3 years we adopted another sweetheart, Mr. Wiggles. I knew right from the beginning that you were the only one I was going to take him too. You again were amazing with him! He thankfully did awesome and his nails are short, smooth and perfect. I like the fact that you don't get the dogs too excited and overwhelm them. You also don't waste anytime and let the dog start to stress or decide that they don't want to be there anymore. You are so calm with them, you get it done super fast and the dog leaves happy because it's over before they even know it. I truly appreciate you. Thank you again!

But they don't have a history, or training and experience they can cite, Companion does, many years of experience, When I had to move and needed a place to board my service cat there was no doubt in my mind where to go as I'd had prior experience via grooming services, I was experiencing the stress of moving at my advanced age, along with health problems.
