I called them that morning and let them know my cat needed to be seen by a vet and was in distress. They had me come right in on a standby appointment. I got there checked in and they took Bella back to be checked. They called me back to the room and agreed it was time to put her out of her pain. They brought the check out paperwork back to me to be handled so I didn't have to go back out after the procedure. I really appreciated that. The vet was the same one I saw before and was wonderful again. She handled it with gentle care. I definitely recommend Bailey's. I know people aren't fond of it being not locally owned, but I have to say the vets are top notch and very good people. They can handle whatever you need done. They are there for you and your fur babies.

We've had fantastic service from Makensay and Wheeler. They are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and so nice. They are always busy yet they are always happy to help you. I really didn't expect the staff at a chain store to be that knowledgeable but the ones working in the department have or have had fish of their own and know what they're doing. My husband picked him up and the groomer told him she was not able to do his nails nor did they need it. I've not cut them in 6 months and they are sharp needing done. Lastly there is no want he was brushed out as there was a small cars worth of fur in his kennel from the ride home. Money and time wasted since I now have to do his nail's myself and brush him out.
