I arrived 15 minutes early and pulled in to wait till 5. I did not call or knock on the door to receive my cat early. At 4:50 A woman came across the property screaming at me saying i was too early. I went inside and she was very rude and nasty. She charged me a $25.00 fee for being 10 minutes early! She said she had texted me after receiving my message advising me ab out the penalty charge for coming early. I told her I was driving and didn't get her text. I told her I was waiting outside till 5 not forcing her to come out. She said that's the way it is. Very nasty, rude and unprofessional. I wonder if she even reported the additional charge since I paid cash. I would never again do business there after such rude treatment. This is not appropriate behavior. I have been looking for a reliable pet sitter for my dog when I go out of town for work (which is somewhat regularly). I have tried on three different occasions reaching out to them and I've never gotten ahold of anyone when calling or have I ever received a call back when I've contact them through the website or left a voice message. Seems pretty basic to call a potential customer back (and I would have been a repeat customer) if you are a business, but hey what do I know? Based on this, I will not be reaching out to them again as I can already tell they are unprofessional.

A neighbor highly recommended Michelle and once Avery was grown out and unmanageable by my standards I made the call and got him in. Even with a holiday the next day (Thanksgiving) Michelle returned my call quickly and was able to schedule him one week out. The place is easy to find, everyone was friendly and talkative, and I was asked multiple times for clarifying details regarding what I wanted and my expectations. Michelle was amazing. Not only was Avery done in the time quoted, she was communicative, stayed within her price quote at drop off, and even surprised me with a cute Christmas bandana and a Polaroid of Avery after his hair cut. I am so grateful to have found this spot. I've got no complaints whatsoever. He smells great, looks great, and was clearly content with them and in the salon as he was just relaxing in a kennel when I got there. Highly recommended this spot!
