I was nervous to go to another groomer after having a negative experience at another grooming salon shortly after moving here. A neighbor highly recommended Michelle and once Avery was grown out and unmanageable by my standards I made the call and got him in. Even with a holiday the next day (Thanksgiving) Michelle returned my call quickly and was able to schedule him one week out. The place is easy to find, everyone was friendly and talkative, and I was asked multiple times for clarifying details regarding what I wanted and my expectations. Michelle was amazing. Not only was Avery done in the time quoted, she was communicative, stayed within her price quote at drop off, and even surprised me with a cute Christmas bandana and a Polaroid of Avery after his hair cut. I am so grateful to have found this spot. I've got no complaints whatsoever. He smells great, looks great, and was clearly content with them and in the salon as he was just relaxing in a kennel when I got there. Highly recommended this spot! read more

Salty Paws Pet Spa - Even the "Brat " does well - Pet Groomers Near Me - North Bend, Oregon

Our dog had previously been traumatized at a groomers, but at Salty Paws, they were so gentle, he was glad to go when he'd had his haircut, but not at all like the previous groomer. And he looks adorable. I cannot recommend highly enough. For gentle kindness and end result, completely happy! read more

to begin with, I told the girl all about *HOW* I wanted my Cocker Spaniel cut. I wanted him BATHED and then his tummy trimmed due to tangles. That is ALL I WANTED besides his bath, no trimming his ears, his tail, or his WHOLE BODY (as she did-see below). She charged me $85/cash (she doesn't take debit) and I brought him home. Rather difficult to NOT pay when you go to get your pet and he does not look like YOUR DOG. She didn't listen to me AT ALL and she did just exactly what SHE wanted to do. I am livid but I do not know what to do about it! read more

My dog and I just got home from our first visit to Salty Paws for a self service wash and I can't say enough about how easy the whole process was and how helpful the staff was. My dog spooks very easily and can be really stubborn about bathing. But the atmosphere was calm and they provided everything you can need! Loved it and highly recommend it especially for dogs who are large and stubborn. It saved my back and a lot of struggle and very reasonably added. read more

Crystal grooms my anxiety ridden 115 pound baby and she's so good and gentle with him.

I had a dog with dreadlocks and very dirty! She made him look beautiful! Thank you for doing an amazing Job! Little Jon looked so good!

I just returned from doing a self-bath for my sweet Bowen. What a lovely experience for him and I. They have a really nice and well organized set up. There are several waist-high washing sinks, with a space for drying. Each is equipped with special soap dispensing for your sweetie's special skin needs. We selected the one that is hypoallergenic. There's a leash clip to keep your pup from dashing off. There are brushes, a fresh toothbrush and toothpaste, ear wash, and towels. The place is very clean and there are special goodies that you can purchase for a job well done. It's very affordable for this service. We'll be heading back in less than 2 weeks to repeat. A very happy wet dog pic attached. read more
