I will add to the terrible reviews on here. Zero stars from me! Initially they communicate great until you purchase. Then good luck getting any responses. We purchased a hot tub and after at least 10 different delivery dates where it was "guaranteed" to come, it never came. Loads of pathetic lame excuses. 3 months later still no tub. Our deck is all cut up where it is supposed to be. This was the very worst experience I've ever had with any company. incredibly unprofessional in every aspect of business. My husband would take a vacation day every time they said the tub was coming so he could be there to help and then they would either just not show up and not respond to any calls or texts, or they would give a lame excuse like a guy called in sick, it's their busy season, not enough guys. My favourite was the day Katie told us it was loaded on the truck as we speak and then it never came. When we called the receptionist said she was told not to speak to us. Then Adrian said he didn't know why the girls said any of that to us. Pass the buck non stop. Horrible in every way possible. I would give zero stars if there was an option. Absolutely the most disrespectful pool company in London. They started installing a pool two houses down from me last fall (it is now July). Somehow they managed to wreck my grass and all of the boulevard grass on the corner lot across from me. They have been contacted by me several times. The city has also been in contact with them several times. Katie has made several promises to fix it. She did stop by and gave me a bag of grass seed to placate me. It is now the middle of July. Still no repair. I approached one of their workers and he shrugged his shoulders and told me to "piss off". They are taking a ridiculous amount of time to finish the pool. The workers like to stand around, not work and swear loud enough that we can hear it a hundred feet away. I sure hope my neighbours got the longest warranty on the pool that was available. July 27th, Currently 8pm and the crew is out hammering and yelling. I told them not to park in a no parking zone. Thanked me for letting them know and didn't move the truck. Parking enforcement happened to drive by so we had a nice chat and LL got a parking ticket. I also got a price from another company to repair my lawn. $250. I will be filing this in small claims court. I have LL on record admitting to the damage plus pictures of thier truck on my grass. They'll be ordered to pay the $250 repair quote, plus my court costs and legal fees. My lawyer charges $400 an hour. Looking forward to it. I'll be filing this on the weekend and you will likely be served next week. Katie Shepherd, just so you are aware, this is what your company will be required to pay when ordered to do so by the court: Cost to repair: $250; cost to file a small claims action $102; Process server fee: $90; Your cost to file a defense: $73; Fixing a date for a trial: $290. I give a 2 and not a 1 because they were pleasant to deal with at first and replied quickly to my emails about this until she stopped. Unfortunately, I feel what I paid for was not what was delivered. I paid for top soil to grow a new lawn and received dirt with so many stones, broken glass, hardware bits, pieces of wood. As I had never done this before I wasn't aware that what I got was poor quality, until my friend that also ordered from them complained about the same thing. I did reach out and was offered a future discount and some grass seed. I feel I should have been offered some cash refund, especially as she acknowledge from the pic/video that she was surprised with all the stones, etc. Then she suggested sod , I replied that I wasn't going to spend more to fix something I shouldn't have to. London Landscape - Landscaping Near Me - London, Ontario

London landscape has a very good selection of beautiful stones and bricks for patios, driveways, and other landscaping projects. They also supply and deliver all the gravel/sand/other materials needed. I'm just finishing up our new patio, with concrete barnboard. Beautiful patterned concrete slabs made to look like reclaimed wood. Looks gorgeous. If it weren't 3 weeks late, and a different colour than advertised, I'd be probably be less annoyed. LL gave no indication that it would be that late, nor were they very organized in the delivery. The gravel and sand should always come first, since you need to lay and tamp it before you put down the stones. Instead, they delivered the stones first, and then the gravel and sand (offset by about 4 hours. So, we had people ready to build the patio who sat around doing nothing for half the day. I tried pushing for the gravel to be delivered first, but got a rather self-righteous attitude from the employee on the phone. Regardless of how busy the dispatch is, they could have been more organized than that, particularly with an order that was 3 weeks late to begin with. We contacted London Landscape in July for an estimate on a large amount of yard work to be done at our home including patios, deck, landscaping etc. They set up an appt a few weeks later explaining they had just been finishing up some jobs. Which I actually saw as a good sign. They were not taking on more work then they could handle. Their rep came to our home and met with my husband the Thursday prior to long weekend in August. He was pleasant and professional. He also seemed to have good ideas. He promised us some feedback / paperwork/ estimate the Tuesday following. I have called several times since inquiring and I continue to be told it will be here by " tomorrow" ... and given various excuses. The last contact I provided my email and was promised an email ... that was several days ago... still no email. So this is where it ends which is unfortunate. The company expects 60% down for work prior to the job which is reasonable to expect to cover costs but I have heard " tomorrow" far too many times to put my faith into their follow through. I am very disappointed as we were looking forward to hearing back and potentially moving forward on this job. Will need to look elsewhere at this point. The 1 star easily could have been higher if the promises of what seemed to be a good idea were ever followed through. No idea on their pricing. This is only a review on their follow through. The sad thing is we were willing to wait for a quote ... just can't deal with consistent unmet promises. read more
