I want to explain that the only time Strat showed up at my place was to collect this deposit. Strat stated that I would be the first on his job list in the spring of 2019 however as he claimed with the rain he could not get out to do the concrete on my patio. On June 9 when I phoned him he stated he would be out to do the work the following Monday or Friday June 10 or 14, he never showed. June 14 I called, again he stated he would be out June 18 or 19 and again no show. June 18 when I challenged him on all of his broken promises he offered to return the deposit however like a fool I declined hoping he would do the job. On June 27 I asked for the deposit back he replied " technically he does not have to return the deposit" At this point I realized that he had no intention of ever doing the work he had my deposit. July 3 his workers showed up. Now this job has two parts one backyard patio and one front patio. Interlocking bricks had to be removed on each patio the workers did the rear and not the front. I questioned Strat on this he said he knew about this and no further explanation. He said workers would be out the following day and again no show. At this point I got the impression he is a Pathological Liar. I just texted him today July 11 terminating the agreement, he replied "OK" I now know he had no intention of ever doing the work promised. His workers left my backyard patio in a mess and in fact stacked the bricks on one of the lawn sprinklers so it is most likely broken These are the facts you decided if this is the type of individual you would like to do business with. #enzoconcrete #bbb #londonon

The sand made a mess of the driveway and the garage. She called and they said they would come back when the weather was nicer. A guy came and swept with a broom but did not do a good job at all. Her driveway is again full of weeds. They said they would come back to do it again but never did. They also broke her toilet and flooded part of her main floor and basement. They never answer the phone. Hopefully they are out of business now. They should be charged for all the scamming they have done to people. I would give them MINUS 10 stars if I could. They are COWARDS, LIARS and THIEVES.

Fabulous Job!!! We wanted to get our garage floor repaired…read moreand epoxied, so looked online and got some quotes. The biggest factor that made us want to go with Scott (Royal Restoration) was that he is knowledgeable about cement issues. (as well as 5 star reviews) We soon found out, it's not as easy as getting a bucket of epoxy and throwing some flakes around! This was a big process with many steps involved, including equipment such as a diamond grinder, and other tools. This was not a one day job! Our garage floor had some moisture issues which required a vapour barrier. Thankfully we had Scott with cement knowledge to deal with it, or even be aware of it. Most of the time, two of Scott's workers were here, Rick and Matt, who were super polite, worked very hard, and got the job done. They were also conscientious and particular about their work; especially with the repairs and some tedious tasks that needed to be thoroughly done. Scott was very patient with me when it came to choosing the flake colours. He always answered any of my emails or calls and showed up when he said he would. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Scott and his crew with any projects we might have in the future. I recommend him to anyone; you won't be disappointed.
