Absolute garbage service from an arrogant bully. Paid thousands on a new fireplace two years ago. I have never used it once. It sits in pieces scattered around my living room that has also been unusable for two years. I've spent hundreds of dollars trying to rectify this disaster. Was a massive problem from the kick of the can. Unlevel, unsquare, uneven. Very poorly installed. Dealing with the arrogant owner who refuses to accept responsibility for such a screw up is as unpleasant as hugging a cactus. He's a bully who delights in scamming disabled seniors. UPDATE I''ve just had the fireplace inspected for installation concerns. It did NOT pass. There is no proof that it was installed by a licensed gas fitter as the business is not registered with the TSSA. There are at least three pieces of safety equipment missing completely. The clearances are all off and the back of the firebox is sitting right up against the drywall on the exterior wall of my century and a half year old wooden house. The two by four framing was not attached to the wall at all on the right hand side. Not only is this company garbage it's a raging fire hazzard!!
