Craig Kniffen was the crew leader and he walked me through all the steps before the job and then checked in with me again when the work was done. I watched them work and they never stopped for three solid hours. Did I mention that it was snowing heavy the entire time! After the work was all done both the front and back yards are neat as a pin. They chipped up every single branch and did everything but vacuum the lawn. Their expertise and training is clear when you see them work together. The guy in the tree is always tied off for safety. They are constantly talking with the ground crew to be sure they are taking out just the right branches. Good team work. I can't think of anything bad to say about my experience with Davey. That's why I rated them 5 stars.
