Wow cannot say enough good things about James at Apes. There was a cat stuck in a tree in the woods behind my house, 50 feet up for 3 nights. We tried getting up there with ladders and climbing gear but the cat moved farther away and got spooked by the ladders. Called Apes after all other resources (Animal Control, wildlife rescue,Humane Society, Fire Station) said they would not come out. James climbed up, wayyy up and calmly covered the cat with his shirt and got the cat into a basket and safely into our garage. Found the owner on a lost pets facebook page and they were reunited. James is amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my cat home to safety. NO ONE in City of London would help us get Mushroom down about 50 feet from a tree, EXCEPT Ape's Tree Service. I will forever be grateful that he came to help us with such short notice. James was super calm and brave climbing up into the thinning parts of this tree (the cat was that high up) and rescuing Mushroom 100% unharmed.
