At the time of writing, we have paid over $37,000 of a quoted $45,220 - and the deck is far from finished. The company originally promised completion by May 6th. It's now July, and very little progress has been made in well over two months. Communication from the owner, Dan Leonardes, has completely stopped. He no longer replies to emails, calls, or texts. Their website and business email addresses have been taken down. We are now left with an unfinished deck, no timeline, and thousands of dollars tied up. Materials we paid for in advance were allegedly used on other jobs. We're now being told the company doesn't have the funds to purchase what's required to finish ours - despite the fact that we fronted nearly 83% of the total cost in good faith. The business partner, Jason Heath is somewhat responsive, but it's clear the project is stalled and there is no accountability. We're currently taking steps to seek legal recourse. This has been an incredibly stressful experience, especially as we're expecting a baby. What started as an exciting project has become a financial and emotional burden.

Gave my neighbour a quote for 46$ per linear foot and gave us a quote for 51$ per linear foot for the same fence (shared property line). Would not give a cent of my money to this company. There are PLENTY of high quality fencing companies out there to give your money to, avoid premier fencing unless you want to be overcharged.
