What a horrible place of business, I talked to 4 different people to get a runner cut…read more We are coming and we are coming, this was over 20 minutes. Then an associate came over just before I left and said he's with a customer he will be right with you. Well I got in the car and called and spoke to the assistant manager Jan and she did apologize but was on the rude side. I will never step foot in there again. Nothing like Home Depot in the East end. Service, politeness everything. I will take that extra mile to get the service I deserve as a paying customer. Your loss not mine.

Once it was installed the top door of the tower was warped so I contacted the manager Tan and explained my situation. He went over and above to fix the problem. It took much longer than anticipated to finally get it replaced but it was through no fault of his, he was determined to have a satisfi customer. Just got my kitchen countertop put in this week. The installers were fantastic. When we went to…read morepick out our granite we were told that the price is the same whether we use a Regent sink or buy a different one. We ended up buying a sink on our own but since the price of the countertop included one of their sinks, I assumed that we would get the sink as well. I called twice to see about it and one gentlemen told me that yes we would get it but when the guys came to install the countertop, they had no idea what I was talking about so I called Regent and left a message. I got a message back saying that the sink is a 'thankyou gift' to to the consumer for buying their products. So I bought their product and I guess I get no 'thankyou'. I just feel that since I paid for a sink........ which was included in the price of the countertop..... I should receive a sink.

Every time I called for an update they could find one tool or the other but not both and made clear…read moreto me they never call customers until the tools are fixed so unless I called I would have heard nothing for 9+ weeks, keeping in mind these are not expensive tools but they are tools the very definition of something that should be repaired quickly as people like me depend on them and this poor service put back our home renovations by more then 2 months costing me more then the tools are worth. When I showed up after 9+ weeks of waiting and excuses the reciprocating saw was fixed ( dirty and tossed in a box ) but fixed. The miter saw was not fixed the broken parts were still laying in the box and to top it all off they replaced a part that did not need to be replaced, they had me wait weeks and weeks for a back ordered part that was not even the part that needed to be repaired. After two cuts with the reciprocating saw it broke again!

Time got the better of us and as we live in North London,it took a while to get back to the store. Finally we made it there in Oct 2014 and even though their return policy is only 30 days,they were gracious enough to give us a credit note. And they had a warehouse sale on so we got amazing value for our money! Thanks again Linen Chest London!
