After a bottle of bubbly and a luxurious soak in the bubbles we were ready for our bed on the mezzanine. The rooms were terrifically well appointed and quite by far the most reasonably priced luxury we've enjoyed in a long time. I noticed that they have pancakes on my most recent trip but couldn't find any syrup to put on them. They also have bagels and crumpets. The hotel is right next to a railway station (Glasshoughton) so it's quite easy to get to Leeds. My only negative point is that the sliding bathroom door in some rooms is very difficult to use.
