John returned my initial call promptly, came soon thereafter to provide a reasonable estimate, and showed up on time on the scheduled date to remove the tree. He and his crew are polite and clean up the inevitable mess perfectly. They have the appropriate equipment and knowledge to safely remove the tree. The worst part was that the limbs caught in the branches of the trees (one right above my driveway). Steve came out and quoted me a very reasonable price and I agreed. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be able to get out for several weeks (big storm, lots of downed trees). I was concerned about using my driveway as the large limb was hanging overhead. The workers were very efficient and made quick work of the project and cleaned up afterward.
