They say what they do and do what they say. We scheduled it for Saturday at 8:45. And sure enough, they were ready to roll at 8:40. They trimmed three trees to our specifications and cut down three large trees close to the house. The best part is that they left our place better than they found it. They are professional and easy to deal with. I'm usually not a tipper, but I was so amazed at their work that I tipped them. I strongly recommend them. John and Wendy are simply the best.

Update 2/27- please call us ASAP. we are still waiting for you to complete the work we paid for. We have held off on filing a small business claim, but unfortunately will not have a choice shortly, as it has now been several months. You did not respond to our lawyer, his office or any of my phone calls, unacceptable. My elderly father will not be able to remove these large trees and I will continue to try to communicate with you through Google reviews since you will not call. If you'd like to be outright robbed, call Ibbs...and don't hold your breath for a return call. ---- We've had a terrible experience with Ibbitson Tree Service. They cut down several large trees in my father's backyard and agreed to remove them, then abandoned the job entirely--leaving massive trees strewn across the lawn. Since taking payment, they have ignored every attempt at contact. They won't return my father's calls, and they've even gone silent when contacted by the attorney we were forced to hire because of this mess. This company does not provide full service. They take your money, leave the job unfinished, and then disappear when you try to hold them accountable. My father will have to pay another tree service to remove them. If you value reliability or basic professionalism, I strongly recommend staying far away.

The is the first time I've been so impressed with a company I want to give them a sixth star…read more My satisfaction with a company is like most, based on quality, cost and Service. I'll speak to this. Premier stone offers a broad range of stone products including an impressive inventory of stock options, this means your material is ready for you, no waiting weeks for shipments and delivery. You can also get an idea of what the bigger picture would look like by inspecting and getting your hands on the inventory. If you don't see a stock item you'd like, plenty of other options in the showroom. These are legit pavers, not the generic home depot off stock. Speaking of, I initially went to home depot to choose and price my patio pavers. Thank god I saw them installed at a friends house and didn't buy them! I went to premier equipped with nothing by the length and width of my project, picked out a patio paver and was given an aggressive quote. Like you, I work hard for my money. You better believe I shopped it. No one even came close! I didnt even have to haggle. I seriously assumed they made a pricing mistake as it was in the ballpark of the low quality Home Depot paver. While I'm an avid DIYer, YouTube cant equip you for every random scenario while you are learning to install your patio. The same person who helped me pick out my patio was the one that talked me through the process. Not only did he return my calls with questions within minutes, talk me off ledges at the peak of my frustration but he came out 4 Times! each time he got his hands dirty and walked me through my next steps. Seriously, he was on his knees demonstrating how to screed sand right after he delivered it! Finally, everyone I worked with at Premier was awesome. I would buy from them again just to hang out with them. See you in the Spring Premier!

We were stuck with this huge mess and worried about wild animals nesting in it. I asked Dan if I could hire him to help with shredding our pile of debris and the branch. I know tree businesses are usually on a tight schedule running from job to job so I wasn't sure he'd have the time. But, Dan said he was happy to help and....incredibly, he refused payment. His whole team were friendly group and did a wonderful job. Made sure everything was blown and cleaned up. I was so taken with his kindness. It's says a lot about Dan and his business when they go the extra mile when they didn't have too. A million thanks Dan!
