It really depends on where they are when you call. The longest wait was during a blizzard last year, but it wasn't like I was going anywhere anyway. The best part is that you don't have to pay for a plow of 3 inches like you do with a contact. I think they will also do emergency service as well, if you need them to plow immediately (for an extra cost). I recommend 3D for plowing certainly, but they also do other stuff as well.
