I was in touch with Highland before the year was over ( August of 24 finished and my first call went in July of 25) and Dennis came out to look at the driveway. There were tire marks at the end of my driveway from someone who had made a turn going out. Dennis told me it was because of the hot weather. There was nothing in the contract that said we are not responsible in hot weather if you are left with tire marks. Perhaps, his contract says that now. in 2025, I started seeing patches of gravel and started calling Highland In 2026 the whole top coat was gone and all you can see now is gravel. My husband called him and he said he would come out to look at it. He changed his mind and had me send pictures. He told me he had driven by and nothing was wrong with my driveway. You cannot see the gravel by driving by the house and it would have been nice if he had called and told us he was coming to look at the driveway. After paying a lot of money to have my driveway redone, Antonio's resolution was to have the driveway sealed. I see people sealing older driveways with cracks but never a driveway that was less than 3 years old. I wasn't looking for all my money back. I needed a tree cut down from my front lawn, and got the number from this company from a neighbor…read more I called and asked for a price quote, and someone arrived within 20 minutes to give it to me. The offer was more than fair. Once I confirmed to go ahead with the project, they arrived the same day to do the bulk of the work. The tree was successfully brought down despite there being power lines in the way, with no property damage or any accidents. Some logs were left behind, but they were removed several days later as is often the case with jobs like this. Other than a small divot in the lawn where the tree came down, you'd hardly know the tree had been recently removed. So overall, very happy with the work done. That being said, whenever you hire a contractor to do something like this, always get everything (including the price, timeline, specifics and their signature) written down to cover yourself. I'm not victim-blaming the negative reviews here, but cynicism and paperwork are your friends.

THEY WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF. They must have burned 5,000 calories each taking my dangerous tree down. I haven't been this impressed by a company from quote to set up to clean up to payment. I keep telling my wife two things. A) I can't believe how good they were and B) how did they really remove the stump that well? I'm basically in shock at how lucky I got finding this company.
