They may competitive pricing, but as they saying goes- you get what you pay for. We had 4 LARGE trees removed, with two of them being pine. The vendor was instructed to leave the pine cuttings as they were being donated to a local artist. Lazer Scapes took them. There was extensive damage done to our side and back yard from their equipment as well as driveway damage. I had to follow up to have them fulfill their contractual obligations and still did a half ass job. Random vendors showed up to make "repairs" with no notice or scheduled time. We were ensured sod, got a sprinkle of seed. And zero patching of the driveways was completed. Save yourself the headache, and frustration and go with someone else. Update: I did the original review for Lazerscaprs 6 months ago & it was 5 stars at the time. However, I asked for a receipt for work done multiple times & have yet to get one. Furthermore, i strongly feel that the person who runs this company does not reguard women very highly & i can not say he deals with complications in a professional & straightforward way. After the work was done, there was an issue with the woodchips they deposited onsite (with my permission). They crossed a neighbor's property line. We apparently both contacted the owner & asked him to come back & move the chips. He told me that the neighbor had reached out as well & that he would come back out to resolve it, but couldn't give me a date or a price on removal. He was just willing to push the product back onto my property to appease the neighbor, but not remove it. I tried to negitiate removal with him, but he stopped returning any of my calls or texts. 7 weeks later, without warning, one of his workers knocks at my door & says he is here to deal with the chips. I explained to him (as i did in the unanswered messages to his boss) that I found 2 different places within 5 minutes & 7 miles from my house that were willing to take the chips for free, but that he had never gotten back to me with a price. He called his boss & we came to an agreement, but then after the worker returned from the 1st load, he told me his boss was demanding more money for the job. He put me on the phone with him & we came to an uncomfortable resolve over the price of the removal & both put it behind us. My issues are: *I am still not able to get a receipt for the original job or the secondary work. *The way I was treated once there was an issue. (owner avoiding contact, refusing to give me a price until after his person was there to do the work with the equipment, & changing the agreed upon price once the work was started). *Also, i found out later that he had given my neighbor a date that he would come out on with their 1st contact, but then he didn't show up. I also found out that the catalist to get him back out to do the job 3 weeks later was that another neighbor posted a negative review about it & they wanted me to find out who & get it taken down. (No one I have asked has admitted to it as yet, but at least it got them out to deal with the issue before it turned legal) I can honestly say that this experience went from good to bad pretty quickly & that I am not pleased with the way the owner handled himself. That being said, his crew is wonderful & if they weren't attached to the owner & the way he chooses to address issues that arise, I would hire them 100x over. **As for lazerscapes the company, I would no longer recommend them.***? I WAS going to have more work done & encourage my neighbors to do the same, but not after this. read more

Four stars instead of five only because the person who was supposed to come out for estimate was no show, had to query the issue which they did respond to;, they did own up to the error and someone showed up the next day. Also clean up was a little lacking, quite a bit of branch debris was left behind. However the crew showed up on time, got the job done quickly and worked well together . I Needed a large tree removed in my backyard. I dealt directly with the owner Jesse. He gave me a quote which was above several other quotes that I had received. He called me back and lower his quote to be competitive so I gave him the job. The removal of the tree went well, however the cleanup was horrible!!! He and I agreed that he would be there at the end of the job to check the job before anyone left. All the guys left and he was nowhere to be found and I still haven't seen or heard from him. My fence was damaged and not repaired. Large holes left in the yard. He promised to come back and review with me the things that didn't go right. It's been two weeks and I have yet to see him or have a phone call from him. Make sure you do not pay him upfront because you will never see or hear from him again. read more

Please everyone be honest with your reviews. Everyone is not great. All the reviews were wonderful before I hired them. Never hire them for tree and shrub removal. If u do. Be prepared for disappointment. Poor clean up. Unfinished work. Wood, branches and brush thrown everywhere. And they had a wood chipper. It Looked like tumble weed in my yard. I thought I Iived in South West US. LOL. They Never put back the tomato pots that they removed. They do not answer or return phone calls when you try to contact. Guilt I guess. I gave up. If an emergency situation had accurred, I should have been informed. I am a fair, trusting and reasonable person. Watch them carefully or Just don't hire. I was ill and trusted them. They did not honor the contract which was text late, actually the the day of service. I am hiring someone to complete the job.(more money).
