On Saturday, I called mid afternoon, and my driveway was clear before dinner. The best time was once a couple of years ago - they were there just 30 minutes after I called. It really depends on where they are when you call. The longest wait was during a blizzard last year, but it wasn't like I was going anywhere anyway. The best part is that you don't have to pay for a plow of 3 inches like you do with a contact. I think they will also do emergency service as well, if you need them to plow immediately (for an extra cost). I recommend 3D for plowing certainly, but they also do other stuff as well. In our last conversation he implied he would have the insurance confirm it was for tree removal after the weekend on the first business day, but as it turns out, now he's ghosting me.
