Paid him for half the job with the time set for him to come back. He changed day, then changed time. Needed to reschedule so we texted a few times to get a day and time that worked for both of us. We settled on day and time which he pushed off later but then had family emergency. This was third time no show without any call or text. Then he talked me into scheduling again and did not show or call. This time he had a car accident. Then after trying to get him to bring parts and receipts I was blocked on text. So went to nextdoor and messaged him, he had phone stolen. Not reliable and if you search him on Nextdoor there is at least one lady that paid him in full and he ghosted her without finishing job. We thought by hiring a well known company for the job and paying a higher price we were sure to get a good result. The first installers installed posts that were not straight, loose from the concrete footings, not in a straight line and never returned to install the wire fence after having a technical problem with their equipment. After several failed attempted to contact them, the second installers came and installed the wire fence but left patched holes, and had not stapled the fence to several of the posts. After more complaints they sent the installers back to fix the fence and they even asked if they could use an old beam they found in our yard to help hold up 2 of the posts. Finally the job was complete, With a lot of our supervision and guidance. We will not be using them to complete another fencing job. Do not be fooled by their 5 star reviews. Since taking payment, they have ignored every attempt at contact. They won't return my father's calls, and they've even gone silent when contacted by the attorney we were forced to hire because of this mess. This company does not provide full service.
