The good thing about this place is they don't charge you for cover (well at least when I went) and dress codes aren't strict (I guess cuz they assume everyone in Europe has a good sense of style). Last I was here my friends and I got there early enough to get a booth and ordered ourselves drinks before we hit the dancefloor. But while there, I accidentally bumped into some lady smoking where then she told me to "WOTCH IT!" Also, there seemed to be more guys and girls. You know what that means (I'll let that simmer for a bit). I also couldn't really enjoy their music, not because I didn't like it but moreso because I couldn't get used to it. But everyone around me seemed to enjoy it, what with it being stuff from the U.S. and other countries. The crowd there was very diverse too, especially both young and old. Mostly old. Overall, if I was back in the area I would comeback just to party here one more time. I know there aren't that many clubs/ night spots in Cambridge but the Fez is a good club to check out if you're in the area.

Q club is also host to the, Anglia Ruskin University, AMS society making it a regular hotspot for students. Q club isn't just for the young ones, it welcomes anyone and everyone who loves a little rock and metal music! So, if you're in the mood the party like a rock star then air guitar your way down to Q club!

The teachers are professional, kind, and passionate in explaining you the steps and giving some personalized advice when it's the case. The price (8 pounds) includes the access to the dancing floor until 1am after the classes; there is always a lot of people so it's relatively easy to find someone at your level to dance with. When my friends asked me to go out on Friday I always replied them: "Sorry guys, let's do it on Saturday, I have salsa tonight!".

The DJ is pretty accommodating, although dont bother asking for any Stevie Wonder, what a rude man. Anyway, gets heaving of a weekend of locals and students alike. And i think its one of the only places where alcopops are acceptable for adults. But by the time you get to life you might not really know. They dont even stock any facny schmancy wine, its either house white (i.e paintstripper) or nowt. You get flavoured bottles of vodka (didn't they go out of fashion in 2001?!!) and dont even expect them to have any cranberry for a vodka and cranberry, its all rather lacking in spirits, in drinks and in service. But don't say i didn't warn you when you end up here, and you will end up here!
