My massage was excellent - I selected a relaxation massage rather than deep tissue and it was one of the best massages I've had. I very easily could have fallen asleep. Love the aromatherapy and heated towels that accompanied it. Afterwards, I waited a quick couple minutes until I was taken up to the 3rd floor for my facial. It was my first time having a facial. I was walked through the different steps and what to expect. My session included two cleanses and hydration mask. Loved the cooling step the most - afterwards my skin was so smooth and looked so healthy! I'll need to start introducing this into my self care. Next up was nails - which is on the bottom floor. Started with a pedicure in a massage chair and was offered wine or water. After pedicure, moved over to the manicure station. I ultimately waited nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being taken back. Throughout the experience, the staff was curt and condescending, which was both surprising and disappointing. I've been a loyal Drybar customer for over ten years and have visited locations across the country. This was by far the poorest experience I've had. If a stylist was unavailable, I would have appreciated a courtesy call so I could adjust my plans accordingly. I have now reached out through multiple channels -- including private message, email, and the post-visit survey -- and have yet to receive any response.
