I have been a Logix customer for 7 years (before it was called Logix). I have always had a good experience; that is up until recently. Last month I had the rudest experience ever from the Branch Manager at the Pasadena location. I purposefully waited a month before writing this review so that I could make sure that I was level-headed when writing. I had an issue one of the two checks that I wanted to deposit, so the teller (a nice lady) asked the Branch manager came over to assist. The BM told me that I could not deposit one of my checks. I wasn't happy about that, and I protested, but I did understand and hence relented. After all, there are rules. Here is where the "fun" started. Still not happy, but understanding the situation, I said, "ok fine, you win, I'll just deposit the 2nd check that is acceptable and that will be all for today." You would think that would be the end. No sir. This guy jumped up onto the power-trip truck. He became condescending, and he wouldn't let me speak. He kept talking over me; trying to bully me and lecture me on why he declined the first transaction. Really? We are past that man, onto the part where I can deposit the check that is ok and leave. Now at this point, I am not only frustrated by how poorly the 1st transaction didn't go, but I now had to listen to him go on and on justifying his first decision. I had to repeat three or four times, "Sir, I got it. I understand. Please don't badger me anymore." Well, I must have bruised his mighty ego, because he offered to close all my accounts right there on the spot and have me leave "his branch" never to come back. And for what? For asking him to please stop lecturing me? Wow. Re-cap: so, it went from 1) I can't help you to 2) I'm going to talk over you Mr. Customer no matter what you say or do, to 3) if you don't like all of my pomp and bravado, then you can leave forever and there is nothing that you can do about it. So what did I do? I left, with no transaction and I immediately called their customer service hotline, registered a complaint, and left my name & contact information. The result? Nothing. Logix' silence says more than anything about how they treat customers. No phone call back from corporate. Not even the obligatory email saying that they were sorry for any "misunderstandings". Now as to me; am I 100% proud of the way I acted? Maybe, maybe not. But, I was mad. What do you expect? If I wanted to feel like being treated as if I was a 7-year old school girl, then I could have endured the mouthy BM's pushiness. But at some point, you must stand up for yourself. Now, I know that companies don't really care about this type of feedback. but I DON'T FORGET these things; I remember how I was treated. I will be closing out my accounts and taking business elsewhere next month. Good luck to you, Logix and enjoy the "customer service" that you are so proud of. Two stars instead of one for the fact that my experience may be isolated. read more

I have been coming to this bank for many years and have always been treated amazing, I love this bank, and when other banks failed me they were always taking care of me, they are friendly and open to helping you with everything you are going through, Rosie Anda, Ashley, Maria and Drew are just fantastic, all OF THE Employee's here are great, I am not great with names, but they are fantastic. read more

The only complaint I have is that I never went here sooner. I went in regarding a car refinance and was extremely satisfied with the process as well as the customer service. From the receptionist to the bank teller everyone is extremely nice and more than willing to help. I opened up a checking and savings account and so far doing business with them is pleasant. Priscilla was my financial service officer, I give her 2 thumbs way up! She is super nice, friendly and has great work ethic. I will be recommending all my friends and family to her and this bank. Give them a visit if you're thinking about refinancing a car, buying a home, opening a credit card or simply a new checkings/ savings account. read more

Wow! This place is so great. After getting the run around with other banks, I'm so happy to be a LOGIX customer. I had a unique request and the manager DREW took great care of me. He sat with me for over 2 hours until he was able to help me get what I needed. It helps that he's got a charming personality and is very smart and knowledgeable about all the complexities of a loan. 5 Stars all around. read more

DO NOT BANK HERE. Paying off your cc every month is like a "secret d'etat" with hidden interest fees that mystifies everyone from the teller to the phone representatives. I had to ask 3 people working there to get to the bottom of my issue. They then have the audacity to turn to me and not only not apologize for the time i have wasted, but patronize me by explaining to me the concept of interest accruing. Unbelievable. Ok- dont apologize for wasting my time or how unclear your online banking's interface is, but have the class and professionalism to not insult your customer's intelligence. If it was so easy to understand why did I watch you summon half the people behind the glass window to come help you figure it out! read more

People are friendly and efficient. Nice bathroom and good free coffee. Also free and easy parking. Never a long line at the teller. Putting your money in a credit union helps you since they are more eager to loan you money at decent rates after You have been with them a while. It also helps the community you live in since, unlike banks, their money is principally invested back in the community. read more

I have been a member of Logix since 1990. I thought that was a long time, but then I saw Cheri W.'s review where she said she's been a member since 1977! I've always gotten great service from them, and their staff at the Pasadena branch are friendly and efficient. I got great rates on a mortgage and an auto loan. And their little robot is so cute! I would recommend Logix to anyone looking for a mortgage or a better place to bank. read more

Brad you didn't have the correct information to begin with or were simply doing damage control when you typed your first response. The account is now closed FINALLY and I'm patiently waiting for my closing statement as I bank happily with another institution. Can hardly believe the way Logix generated charges by delaying transactions, worse than commercial banks... Change is good Logix...Smarter banking for the bankers read more

I would like to say thank you so much for the valued assistance provided for by Logix in consummating my car transaction on time. Professional representative is greatly appreciated. Rest assured that I will be highly recommending Logix. read more

I'm so happy to have switched from Wells to Logix. Way better rates and excellent customer service. They also randomly give you money just for being a customer. I'm so glad my friend referred me. I will be a loyal customer as long as they continue to be great as they have been! read more

It is refreshing to be a part of a credit union that is small, local and competent. It feels "old school" in the best sense of the word.

Cant go wrong with this place! Helped me with my auto loan every step of the way. Honestly, if my family owned a bank this is how I would be treated. read more

Great bank and great service! Keep doing a great job! Fast service and friendly staff.

Good service and very kind people definitely would suggest this bank to other people

I love Logix. They work for me not investors! I've been with the since they were part of Lockheed and wouldn't think of switching.

Love the faculty here! they are very kind, understanding, and patient. always greets you upon entry with kind words and a warm smile!

very nice people. they help a lot with my needs and are very welcoming. very thankful for the staff :)

Logix has helped me financially, with car and personal and loans costumer service is always great

It is certainly rare to be pleasantly surprised by a place of business nowadays, especially as it relates to a financial institution. Logix is the type of place that will restore your trust in what a true consumer bank should be all about. I stopped by Logix after visiting various banks, including my local "American Big Bank" where I have been a loyal customer for decades, as I was shopping for the best deal on a personal loan or 0% interest CC. As you can imagine, I received the typical run-a-round at all those places with answers such as "I don't think we can do that,"or "Let's run your credit and see what the computer says." Upon entering Logix, however, I felt valued from the get go. Christopher Tucker assisted me in a professional and personal manner, guided me towards the product that would best benefit my family, and surprised me by approving me on the spot for a credit line much more than what I was seeking. I arrived at the Pasadena branch at 4:45PM, and was approved and had immediate access to funds by 6:15PM. (Yes, he stayed with me past closing.) Christopher assisted me and engaged in pleasant conversation as he patiently waited for my wife to arrive to sign. Needless to say, I already love this bank and look forward to it being "my bank" after I transfer all my accounts from my "American Big Bank" institution. If you're looking for a credit-union or bank that will treat you like a person and value you beyond your credit score with excellent customer service, then this is the place for you. read more

I love credit unions! I thought I had the BEST credit union with SF Fire when I lived in SF, but was pleasantly surprised when I experienced Logix CU. My partner and I went into Logix over the summer and was wonderfully helped by Natalie Worsham. She is really the best. She went over every single document with us, spent time to review all of our questions, explained the different accounts and options available to us (my partner was looking into car loans, etc.), and even spent the extra time to review and explain how credit reports work (we had questions about our recent credit reports and were considering Logix Credit/Loans). I can go on and on, but I won't. Just do yourself a favor, come to Logix Bank and make yourself an appointment with Natalie! I would give an additional 5 stars for Natalie alone. Seriously, the best service ever. Tips: There is a parking lot behind this bank. Be sure to ask the teller or receptionist for a parking lot coin to exit the lot. There is a candy bowl in the front and coffee for guests. The receptionist will greet you each and every time you come in. She is really nice and helpful! read more

I love my bank. I once called in on my birthday. The teller sent a hand written card and some swag. They have a higher APY than most brick and mortar banks. Most of the time when I call, I immediately get a person, and not a phone system. And they always have a candy dish to pilfer. It's the little things. read more

Anyone can join, and service here is awesome. Down with big banking! read more

Logix policy of only allowing in branch services by appointment only and or, only allowing two customers inside at a time and leaving everyone outside in 90+ degree weather to wait is absolutely ridiculous. Drew Barrett Who is a branch sales manager, Is unprofessional in his personal conduct and attitude. After making a complaint he followed me to the teller and then out of the branch! When asked if he was following me he stated that he wanted to ensure that I didn't have any other problems with my transaction but that he was ready for a problem. read more

Wonde strikes again! Thank you Wonde and Carla Knighten for yet another money saving adventure for my family! The refi to 15 years with a little green out was just what we needed. Just before the feds raised rates too! Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts. You always treat us like we've been friends and family forever. I'll be in your corner for life! Take care you guys. See next loan! read more

If something seems to good to be true, I won't even risk it. After opening an account with Logix at their Pasadena branch, I literally did more research on the FCU to ensure it wasn't some sort of elaborate scam because the service and perks seemed too good to be true. I didn't even really have trouble with my old bank (BofA) but I have heard too many great things about credit unions so I had to join up; and I can see why people rave about them. I do extensive research before subscribing or purchasing just about anything. I spent hours researching the best FCU in the SGV and it seems like I definitely made the right choice. This is the only Yelp review I have ever written and I have used Yelp almost daily for the past 3 years. You are doing yourself a disservice by not banking here. read more

Low interest rates from the company and the most awesome customer service from Dillon! I called this guy on a Saturday, and it only took him 15 minutes to approve me for a car loan over the phone! Highly recommended! *IGNORE* Yelp! I don't need to write a long paragraph to give a good review. I drove by Logix Credit Union, formerly Lockheed CU in Pasadena and was bedazzled when I saw the 1.69% APR Auto Loan placard in the window. Presuming the Logix refi applied to new cars only, I kept driving. I wasn't terribly disappointed because my then current APR was 2.5%. When I checked my mailbox that evening, there was a cool Logix mailer that had my first name spelled out with spark plugs/shock absorbers forming each letter. 1.69% APR for up to 48 months on your NEW or USED vehicle it screamed. I only needed a 2.5 year term. YAHOOOO for me!!!! I dropped by Logix the next evening, and was told that a minimum 730 Experian credit score was required to qualify for the 1.69%. I made an appointment with Liliana Palma, Financial Specialist extraordinaire, for the subsequent afternoon, at which time she informed me I qualified for the 1.69% APR auto refi. Car refinanced on the spot at 1.69% :-D As an added on the spot BONUS, Liliana said I also qualified for the no annual fee, Logix Platinum Credit Card, which offers a six month intro APR of 0% and no fee on purchases. The same 0% and no fee for six months applies to balance transfers and cash advances if transacted within the first 90 days. And no worries, if you have not paid off your platinum credit card balance within the six month intro period, your remaining balance will only begin accruing at the standard 8.24% APR after that time. That's a standard APR of 8.24% on purchases, balance transfers, and cash advances with NO additional fees (annual or otherwise). No "gotchas" anywhere! Liliana showed me a few platinum credit card designs. I chose the one with the cute Logix robot. Liliana went to the back and returned with my new Logix credit card ($15000 credit limit) in hand, which said limit upon my request and on the spot, Liliana handed me in the form of a $15,000 (fifteen thousand dollar) no fee, 0% apr for six months, Cashier's Check, made out to yours truly. CAN I GET A WHAT, WHASAAT? I endorsed the check with the handsome navy blue-boxed, silver ergonomic Logix new member appreciation pen Liliana gifted me earlier, and deposited the 15K into my Wells Fargo bank acct. Be patient Logix. Even with Logix free checks, I've banked with Wells Fargo since it was Crocker Bank. Monday, February 3, 2014 was a very good day. Logix is smart banking indeed!!! And that checking acct is tempting... Thanks Liliana! read more

It's always weird here. The ATM is unusually crowded when there are 2 other people in front of me. I mean, it's convenient being in the heart of Pasadena, but I don't like the weird lines during the day too. It is convenient because my bank is part of the CU system. read more

Years ago, I was very happy with their service and products, but during my most recent call with them, multiple folks I spoke with were straight up rude, impatient and inflexible. I was shocked because it never used to be like this. This is how you treat loyal customers? No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. Also, their online banking is outdated and clunky. read more

Right when you walk in the door, you are greeted by a smiling face. They'll shake your hand and ask you how your day is going. You just don't get that personable feel at those bigger banking institutions and it's these little details that matter to me. I had multiple checking and savings accounts elsewhere and finally made the decision to bank solely with Logix. Chris assisted me with opening a checking account. He also had me download the app and explained all the features of it to make sure I knew how to get the most out of it. He also explained how the Relationship Rewards program worked (another benefit I now qualified for). He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Logix has great rates and great service. I would definitely recommend banking with them! read more
