There are armed security guards outside and security cameras all around this unit. Plus the Sheriff station is almost across the street. There are many Highway Patrol officers cruising around this place, plus there are a lot of sheriffs driving around, plus Public Works employees are working in the area and a lot of other utility workers and construction workers, this place is open to all residents and workers in the area. The line wasn't the issue but the issue was the inconsiderate and lack of professionalism from the employees here. We stood in line and watched as the employees brought clients from their desks to the front of the line. Why should other clients be prioritized over clients waiting in line? How is that fair or correct? Regardless of the time they waited to be seen by an employee at their desk, the line exists and should be followed! And Wells Fargo should create some order for their employees to follow. If the client has other needs that require a teller they should be able to be helped at the desk. It's common sense! And the people waiting in line for 20min to see a teller should not have someone go before them!! Trisha the "Assistant Branch Manager" was extremely ill equipped to not only explain to me why it was right but she didn't have any solutions. I searched for other lenders with competitive rates and found Logix. I completed an application about one in the morning. My loan was approved immediately. The next morning I called their office and spoke to Robert Rincon. He verified my identification and he asked me a series of questions and requested some documents. He said he would take about an hour to process the application. He called me back later in the morning and said I could pick up the check in Pasadena in the afternoon. I stopped by the next afternoon to pick up the check. The branch doesn't have a parking lot. There is one hour meter parking on Lake. Every spot on the street was taken. I noticed on the other side of the street about a half a block away there were a few fifteen minutes parking spots. I selected a spot and walked to the branch. I was in and out in less than five minute. The branch is open full days during the week and a half a day on Saturday.

So yes, Logix ultimately agreed that the charge was wrong. That does not change how poorly the dispute was handled or how much time and effort it took to get a basic problem resolved. By the time they finally fixed it, I had already closed my accounts and moved my banking elsewhere.

They have a few street spots you can pull into if you're only going to be there a few minutes which is very convenient. They have ATMs outside so you don't even need to step into the bank which I like. They usually work well but I have encountered several times having issues with them not dispensing cash or the machine just not working well, sometimes one is out of order. Generally though, it works well for me to get some cash moneys. Though I usually just use the ATM, I did pop into the bank this week to check out the interior. After going for so long, why not!? All was well there, too, with friendly staff!

And wait times are minimal, depending on the day and time of course. My biggest complaint (thus the 3 stars) is that it can take what feels like forever to access your safe deposit box. First you have to wait around until an employee comes out and asks what you need. Then you have to wait again until someone can assist you. Then you wait yet again while they take your ID to confirm you have a box. And then you'll probably get a pitch to upgrade your credit card or refinance your home before they FINALLY escort you to your box. What should literally take 5 minutes can take as long as 30 minutes, so be prepared to wait.
