Wish I couldn't even leave a star! Should be a negative option...Worst Logan's that we've visited. Service not good. Prime rib was cold when brought out, yeast rolls we not cooked, were doughy and wet in the middle. Husbands steak was ordered well done. It came out still breathing.....it came back burnt and dry. Upon asking if we needed tea, glasses were almost empty, husbands ended up with something blue floating in it....Do Not Eat here....we will never go back...stick with anything but here... read more

Quite literally, this is the most consistently bad dining experience in Spring Hill. I keep coming back, because steak options are limited. However, this will be the last time. Understaffed. Undercooked. Over it. read more

I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. Place was noisy. Servers are inattentive and the food was overpriced and underwhelming. I don't plan to go back. read more

Went to the bar ,very few people, big bar, been there many, many times , I ordered a drink . The bartender said he couldn't serve until someone left as only 8 people at a time. I said ,well ok I'll sit a table in the bar only one was being used. I sat down , and little old man told me I had two leave and check in at the front because people where waiting for a table, (why when the bar tables are emty.BTW maury co. Never had mask laws and distancing which that the CDC now says 3ft. isn't followed if it is suggested . Don't think I'll go back. We went to Longhorn Steakhouse a half block away, it was great , spent 80.00 but worth it! read more

We had lunch here the other day. My husband got a steak and I got some ribs. He steak was cooked to the correct med rare inside but one whole side was had and tuff like beef jerky. My ribs were super hard and dry like they had been cooked days ago and then just reheated in the microwave when bbq sauce slathered on them. You could see on the spots that didn't have sauce that it's was dried out and old. I'm not one to waste food be we didn't not finish it. On the plus the fries were good and the rolls were yummy. read more

We had dinner on a Sunday night. The host staff had no clue what customer service is. Empty tables everywhere and could not manage to seat us within 10 minutes. We had steaks from the menu and they forgot our salads. It makes you mad that your have to pay that kinda of money for dinner and receive such poor service. read more

Disclaimer: we arrived at the restaurant at 9pm (not that it should matter). When we arrived we waited for about 5 minutes before we were even greeted at the host stand. We were then seated in a section that (at the time) did not have anybody else in it. It took a few minutes for our server to come take our drink order and bring them. While we were waiting for our drinks, we cleaned the table with a baby wipe before we put my niece in her high chair. To my surprise, the wipe was... well... I'll just add a picture. Once we finally got our order placed and our food delivered to the table, we were told our server would be right back with more rolls and refills. About 10 minutes after we got our food we got the rolls and refills. The food was good: cooked to our liking and warm. We were finished for about five minutes before we finally got our checks. Long story short... we arrived at 9pm and left at 10:45, the table was nasty, but the food was good. Good thing the food was worth while, it earned this place the few stars that it did from me. read more

Just like every other Logan's Roadhouse, this one disappoints. Can't even get our order correct lol on the DoorDash app if you come across Embers BBQ, don't order from there. It's actually Logan's Roadhouse. read more

This was my second time ordering "bbq waffle fries" in a ToGo order and got home with "fries"!!! Service is really slow and not helpful. I ordered fried "catfish", but this is NOT catfish. This flesh is half pink .. very disappointed! read more

Order a pickup order today, My husband got a anything and everything salad, and i got a kids cheeseburger. Except there was no cheese, no mayo, no nothing. Just a roll and a piece of meat. My husbands salad came with chicken on it and when we got home and unwrapped the chicken it was 4 small slices pieces of grilled chicken, which he says didn't even taste like chicken. I ordered it online and drove to pick it up and still waited 20 minutes to receive my order. Super disappointed. read more

Although staff was kind, they did not have proper time to greet and serve customers. The menu's description fell short of the reality. I had a salad that listed a hard boiled egg. I had about an 1/8 inch square of egg. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

Went here with the family Friday night, worst service and food ever. We had the one in Texas a few months back and it was phenomenal- this one was terrible. The waiter couldn't get our drink orders right, took my husband buying his drink at the bar to get the correct one. I got the prime rib which was flavorless. My daughter got the ribs which was also terrible. A 200$ bill for 6 of us and we all left still hungry, nobody ate their food. I won't be going back. read more

Take a look at my other reviews and you'll see I'm pretty easy to please! I rarely leave critical reviews but I don't think I've ever had a less satisfying experience with a restaurant. The food from Logan's was disappointing but the service was inexcusable. The short story - our to-go order took over an hour and a half to prepare and the managers I spoke with were unapologetic and dismissive. Apparently Logan's online ordering system is new and they are still working out the kinks. I placed an order online at 7:22 PM and the system told me my food would be ready to pick up between 7:45 and 8:00. While waiting at the bar for my order, a manager approached and said he was on the phone with my wife who was confirming our order. That seemed pretty odd so I texted my wife who confirmed she was not on the phone with anyone from Logan's. After some confusion it turned out that the caller was actually from Logan's online ordering system and they were confirming my order which the restaurant had not received (mind you, no one had told me at this point they didn't have an order from me). It took them nearly another full hour to prepare our food. There was also an issue with a coupon that frankly isn't worth getting into here. Ultimately, an apology would have helped but the manager only told me "it's really busy" when 70% of the tables were empty. Ultimately the food was disappointing - Caesar salad dressing that was bizzarely sweet like honey mustard, inedible cole slaw, over cooked steaks, and dried out yeast rolls. I wish I had something nice to say but so far nothing comes to mind. Head to Jonathan's a few doors down instead. read more

The waitress here was nice, however my overall experience was horrid. I ordered the buttermilk chicken and got food poisoning which caused me to be sick for two days so far (on going). It cut a day out of my TN trip to vomiting and other issues, and now I have to worry about the other issues on my airplane ride home. I know it was the chicken here because my earlier meal I had the same as my husband who was not sick whatsoever. I also ordered a separate type of dish than my husband did at Logan's. Please be careful. If you go to thid restaurant, check the inside of your meat unlike how I did. read more

Management (Eric ) was a joke . First review. I don't care about time short staffing... I understand but this dude literally let my food sit in the window while flirting with co-workers. It got to the point I recognized it and asked him to grab my food. I never like complaints since I work in food but honestly this was ridiculous read more

yep its still way below other logans I have been too. Still bad. evidently med rare means gray steak.

Stood at desk for 5 minutes. No one ever came to seat us so we left. Was not busy at all. Watched an employee light a cigarette as he walked out side door. read more

I've had good & bad experiences at Logans. Good service, horrible service. Great food, awful food. No wait, hour wait. It's a crap shoot... If you get a good server the chances of having a good dining experience seem to be greatly increased... but a bad server and you might as well leave. I'd recommend Logans if you have a coupon... but if you don't... it's really not worth it. Their food is generally OK, but not for the price. Their drinks are way overpriced and it's very loud and "bar-like". NOTE: If you have a peanut allergy.... STEER CLEAR!!!!! PEANUTS ARE EVERYWHERE!!!! read more

Had the shrimp trio and the two people I was with both had surf and turf. Positives: Their steaks were cooked perfectly and my breaded shrimp was great, both the regular and the popcorn. The sides were good, and the appetizers and rolls were delicious. The food was brought out relatively quickly. Our server was great. Attentive without hovering and just the right amount of friendly without being fake chipper. Our drinks were all good. Negatives: None of us enjoyed our shrimp skewers. I had peel on one of mine and they just tasted like grill, not shrimp. Obviously, they premake these in bulk and the quality gets lost. The bar was very, very slow - literally spent more time waiting on drinks than on our food. Overall, definitely worth the money and a very pleasant experience. read more

Geez - Another poorly managed eatery in The Crossing. We show up for lunch and only half of the tables are full. There were two groups ahead of us. 15 minutes later there are 7 - 8 groups waiting and no one has been seated. There must be 30 empty booths. I asked how much longer, because I see they have plenty of seats (no enough servers????) "Maybe 10 minutes, but maybe more???" Thanks & see ya read more

We just ate at Logan's earlier today. We didn't have much of a reason to go in besides being given a gift card but now we will for sure be back!! Our server was Cassidy and she was absolutely amazing. My mom had gotten the coleslaw and rice and didn't end up liking them. Cassidy immediately switched them out for new sides for her choice. No questions asked. After getting her food switched out everything was amazing. Will for sure be back and requesting Cassidy! read more

No more happy hour. Too bad. They had good cold beer mugs at a really good price. Looking for a new place I guess.

Logan's use to be an excellent steakhouse however with the changes a few months back it has still not recovered from the fall. Changing what's not broken has made me dread this place. The steak use to be amazingly tender along with a bountiful salad and great loaded baked potato. If I wasn't in the mood for steak, the burgers or chicken strips were great. However the steaks (filet mignon) became chewy and stringy like they used a type of meat glue. The burgers are decent and nothing special. The chicken strips are chewy and are filled with gristle. Now I rarely visit Logan's unless I want a salad and even then it is hit or miss depending on who makes the salad that day. Service is again hit or miss however I have seen an improvement in this area. My advice is to try another restaurant in the area or wait a few months and try again like I do. read more

Less than 10 tables occupied w about as many staff walking around in the dining area. We waited 10 minutes before acknowledgment for drinks alone. When food arrived everything on my plate was cold butter wouldn't melt in my steak or in the potato. My husbands was steaming but not cooked correctly. I then made the mistake of going to the restroom. We've NEVER had a bad experience at this location since it opened until today read more

I don't usually post these but felt the need to after a terrible experience my family and I had at this location. After traveling on the road for 6 hours, we decided to swing by this Logan's near Columbia TN for dinner. We had a gift card and decided it would be a good time to use it. We placed our order to go so we could take it back to our hotel. We grabbed our food and made it to the hotel and began eating. I ordered a Filet mignon for $30 only to discover this steak was tough and had no flavor. I expected a quality steak for that price, especially a filet. I only got a few bites in when I noticed this steak had an off taste. I couldn't finish the rest of my meal due to how gross it was. I ended up just going to sleep for the night. Low and behold, I woke up 2 hours later with horrible shaking and throwing up. It was definitely food poisoning. I'm convinced the steak had sat out all day. Please, do not go to this location and save yourself the time, money, and spare your health. Do better, Logan's. read more

My husband and I order Logan's via DoorDash 2-3 times a month. We love the filet mignon, and I get my baked sweet potato fix! Most times, our food is perfect. Tonight was the first time I had an issue. My husband is traveling, so I ordered for myself. Instead of the usual filet steak, I ordered my "old" favorite...the T-bone. Twice the meat for almost the same price as the filet. Let me first say, the rolls were perfect! The salad was perfect! The sweet potato was amazing! The steak...extremely fatty! I do not like calling a restaurant. I do not like to complain. And I certainly don't like to post a crappy review for ONE odd incident. However, I am posting a review (with 4 stars) because of the response I received from the Bar Mgr., Eric. I know Manager's loathe having to take complaint calls. But Eric was polite, understanding, and eager to make things right. Logan's Corporation: if you are reading this, Eric is a great representation of excellent customer service. You are lucky to have him, and I look forward to ordering again soon! read more

My husband and I came in around 1:45 yesterday afternoon and we're greeted immediately by the hostess and seated. Our server Melissa was at our table very quick and very attentive. Christy stoped by our table as she did others and made sure we were pleased with everything. We will definitely be back to this location again!! read more

This Logan's location has a great vibe---you cannot beat the happy hour specials on drinks and even some food items...The bar staff is always very friendly and quickly recognize the regulars and take care of them. 2.00 beers and 3.00 nachos that are delish---the air conditioning is always pumping too when it is too hot to do anything but have a nice cold one... read more

Went for lunch with my best friend and my niece. With about 5 tables seated and about 7 servers walking around we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated and when it was time to be seated the hostess just looked at us with menus in her hand and just started walking. She never told us to go with her or wait there so we just sat there in the waiting area trying to figure out if we were supposed to go sit at the table or not. And we couldn't ask her because when she placed the menus on the table she b-lined to the back. Me and my best friend both ordered "the Logan 12oz sirloin" and ordered them both medium rare. My niece ordered the steak tips kids meal. When our steaks came out we instantly knew this was going to be yet another horrible experience at Logan's. We both worked in the service industry for years and know if a steak is cooked right and if it's even a good steak. But when I tell you THE SMELL alone made me cringe, that's saying something. My nieces steak tips were charred and crunchy. And our steak was rare rather than medium rare . Along with the Putrid taste. My best friend actually started to gag when she took the first bite. It was like chewing on leather with a touch of rubber drenched in sweaty gym socks. We aren't the type of people who complain or send things back but, I have never had a steak as HORRIBLE. The waitress was very understanding and had no problem. After sending it back they ended up putting our same steaks back on the grill and cooking them to well done or as I said when I saw it "wasted meat" After we received our steaks again my best friend and I just pushed our plates to the middle of the table and just finished our soda and rolls because they were the only thing semi decent from that meal. I hate to say this but I feel my three year old son could have cooked a better steak with more flavor. I've been going to that Logan's since I was young and the past several years their service has gone downhill and I give it a couple years after a bad experience to give them another chance. This experience takes the cake. It was the absolute worst dining experience I've ever had. And the absolute WORST steak I've ever had in my entire life. I will NEVER give them another shot. No matter how many bad reviews people leave and how much business they lose, the locals of Spring Hill all know this Logan's is a lost cause. read more

Horrible dining experience! Went on a Monday night for an early dinner and they were already out of a lot of items. Service was mediocre at best and food came out undercooked and cold. When the manager came by our table to ask if everything was to our liking... we replied that so far it had not been a good experience... he merely mumbled something and walked away. I will never go back here and will tell my friends to do the same. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Food took forever to come out. When it did, my medium steak was char-burned on both sides. Had to get aggressive with the knife to even cut. I'm not sure what was going on the evening of December 27th but after a 40 minute wait, my family had to leave and dine elsewhere. The hostess had her head down on the counter & some lady had to tap her shoulder to get her attention. I guess they were short staffed. Only half the tables were occupied. Today is Friday @4:30pm. Walked into Logans, 90% of the restaurant is empty because I want to beat the rush, and guess what? Would you mind waiting, we don't have enough servers!!!! AGAIN! So, my party left and went to Longhorn where they always have enough servers. Logan's you have a problem! Problems always start at the top. Why put 3 people as door greeters/seaters when you have more of them then you do servers? That's just plain stupidity and mismanagement of staff.
