I finally called Cunningham and was told that could not be as they had sold 1000 of these and had no problems. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. I asked if he was calling me a liar, and he quickly said no. He told me he would contact the installer and get back to me. One week later, I called again, and he was rude and said he was going to call me, so why was I calling? He talked to the installer and was told that there was not a new tank on his truck. He would get back to me. He did not. I called again that same week and got the same rude person. I was told that they could be there the day I called. As they had not called, I had plans for that day and could not have them. He then said it would be late the next week. The following Thursday, I called, and he said that he was going to call me, and the installer would be there on Friday. No notice whatsoever. I said that his customer service was not very good. He said, and I quote, "We are too busy". So the installer comes and asks me if I am having problems with the toilet. I said yes and explained. He said it can't be, as they had installed 1000. I said yes, I heard that, but this one does not work. He replaced reluctantly. This was possibly the worst company that I have ever done business. Do Not do business with them.
