My customer's delivery ended up being 30 minutes late as the Apartments have no building numbers and very discreet apartment numbers with no maps or guidance signs. While I was at these Apartments walking around lost for 30 minutes I also encountered two other delivery people completely lost while delivering to other customers who lived in these Apartments. Unacceptable for an Apartment Complex that considers themselves "high end" to have no building numbers, signs with apartment numbers, or any navigation signs.

I think my favorite thing about the complex is how swift and on point the maintenance team is. Daniel has serviced my apartment multiple times and on all occasions he has went above and beyond. He not only fixed the emergency but he also assisted me with other things in the apartment. On another occasion I requested someone take a look at the AC vent in my bedroom. Daniel came and he not only fixed the vent but he also noticed inconsistencies in the AC unit power. He spent over an hour servicing the AC and maintained a very friendly presence. Daniel is beyond amazing!

A huge thank you to Property Manager Michon and Leasing Agent Marie Diggs -- they were both incredibly helpful, responsive, and made me feel valued every step of the way. Their attention to detail and customer service truly set this community apart. One of the first things I noticed was how immaculately clean the hallways and common areas are at all times. When I walked into my apartment for the first time, it was absolutely spotless and move-in ready -- everything was perfect. You can tell the team takes great pride in maintaining the property. Another highlight is the sense of community. In just two weeks, there have already been three resident events, which is amazing! It really shows how much effort the staff puts into creating a fun, engaging environment for residents. If you're looking for a place that is beautiful, well-maintained, and managed by a team that truly cares, Ridley on Main is it. I'm so happy to call this home!

For those living here that don't work a 9-5 job, there's no way to use the valet trash service which is a mandatory charge each month. Trash cannot be placed outside door in receptacle before 5pm, without a $25 charge. So I can no longer use that valet service that I'm forced to pay. Parking used to be free, now it's $5 a day for guests and you can only get a guest pass during office hours. That wasn't noted on the lease. Amazon lockers are now $5 a day after 48 hours. I'm at a loss for words, I used to rave to my friends about this place and try to get them to move here, but this is a sham. How is it that in the last 48 hours this complex has decided to start charging for amenities that were never noted in signed lease??? If you don't have a 9-5 Monday-Friday job be prepared to park on the 7th floor of the garage, walk 10 minutes to take your trash to a separate building, and be charged for a trash valet service you are unable to use.

Just today, I had a FedEx letter that was left in an Amazon locker with no code to access it. I called Amazon, FedEx, and the original carrier, but no one was able to help. I was very upset because it was sensitive information, and I needed the letter that day. Hannah, Luz, and Katerin literally dropped everything they were doing, and did not rest until they were able to access the locker that held my package. This is my first time living in an apartment in over 30 years, and I could not have made a better choice. I am very grateful to live in a place that has a team that goes above and beyond to service its residents. If you are looking to move to Lake Nona, you owe it to yourselves to come and check out the Pixon apartments, clean, great neighbors, pet-friendly, safe, proximity to great restaurants and entertainment, you name it, but most of all, you will have the support of a great property management team when you need it the most! -Chris R

The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. The kitchen area has a large island to display array of foods and drinks. Also has a wine cooler to store wines for your events. Love this place and I guarantee you will too especially the rooftop area!

He, along with the entire team at the leasing office, are amazing! I had a lot of random questions since I was moving without seeing the unit first and everything was just as described. The maintenance crew is also friendly and amazing! I worked with Angel and Freddy so far and they are great! I know that one thing I was worried about was noise (really loud neighbors in previous rentals), but I haven't had any issues. I am so glad I made the decision to move to Village at Baldwin Park. No one should have to pay $3100 a month (my friends pay $3600!) and deal with ahole neighbors cutting through your tiny little area, ruining the furniture that you purchased to make the area look nice (and protect my kids), POS residents sneaking up behind my children while they're playing IN OUR LITTLE TINY SECTION THAT WE PAY FOR and scaring them, being creepy scary pedos all bc they're too lazy to walk 500 extra feet to the pool. Trust that they can definitely use that exercise. Not to mention how obscenely *dirty* these residents are. Beer cans and garbage all over the pool, garbage all over the grounds, inability to throw garbage away at the dumpster bc it's full so often and the fact that the a/c units cannot handle Florida summers (in our townhouse, there should be 2 ac units but that's not happening) and my unit rarely is under 79° during the day. This place is not worth the money they're currently charging bc I am not getting my money's worth. I was WAY more chill when I paid $1,000 less every month.

This is a long read, but it's worth it to save yourself from this place. If I could give 0 (or even…read moreNEGATIVE stars), I would. This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. I should have known from day one when our move-in process was delayed (thanks to the office staff) that this place was a major red flag. (Context: My husband and I did everything required of us, got our approval for move-in, and our move-in date was confirmed. Long story short, we never received correspondence from them even after trying to contact them multiple times. We showed up on our CONFIRMED move-in day and were told our application hadn't been approved - even though we had emails stating that it was. My husband had to sit in the office doing paperwork for 2 hours while our moving truck just sat outside, costing us an additional $300+. Oh, how I wish we hadn't gotten approved. But as you'll read below, this company clearly doesn't reject anyone). Here are just a FEW issues with this place: 1). We decided to move to this complex to be closer to our jobs. It was more expensive than our previous place in Mount Dora, but we didn't mind, considering we'd be paying less in gas and have a bigger place (with a garage AND in a gated community - both necessities considering the area). Well, the gates have NEVER worked since we moved in - and based on other reviews, haven't worked for the past TWO YEARS. We were told they were fixed and would be in use after July 4th (to allow residents enough time to get their fobs, by request of "upper management"). Guess what? The gates are still open. Don't classify yourself as a "gated community" when they haven't been in use for YEARS. This leads to the next issue... 2). The number of people loitering around here is astounding, but not surprising considering the fact that the gates are never closed - allowing any and all foolery to just waltz their way into the neighborhood. Incredibly unsafe and disturbing environment. Thank goodness we installed a video security system so we have proof of just how often people stand outside our apartment/cars slow down (and even stop) in front of it in the middle of the night. Security patrols of the complex have barely increased, and of course never seem to be around during suspicious activity. Additionally, "quiet hours" (described in the lease) are nonexistent here. Our surrounding neighbors yell outside WEEKLY in the middle of the night. We have another neighbor who stands outside talking (yelling) on the phone multiple times a week, sometimes as late as 3 a.m. Cars and trucks with loud engines roll through at all hours. Does management do anything about the noise? No. 3). THE BUGS. The pictures I attached say it all. We have found bugs (dead and alive) inside on a daily basis. My husband and I take pride in keeping our space clean - we don't leave food out, always clean/sanitize areas, etc. -- there is NO WAY this number of bugs (or any, for that matter) should be getting in. We have had pest control come multiple times to no avail. We have had FIVE lizards make their way inside in a span of three months. These are truly disgusting, unlivable conditions. My husband has complained about all of these issues multiple times, and nothing has changed. We know nothing will be done and are counting the days until our lease is up (as they will probably try to charge us an exorbitant amount of money if we attempt to get out of our lease). Expecting the typical "we apologize," "reach out to our regional manager," "our top priority" non-responsive response. News flash: Apologies don't solve problems. Actions speak louder than words. Property and company staff: Do better. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this place. Your wallet and well-being will thank you.
