Daniel Almeida is the best!! I've lived here for over 4 years and the entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. I think my favorite thing about the complex is how swift and on point the maintenance team is. Daniel has serviced my apartment multiple times and on all occasions he has went above and beyond. He did what was requested of him and so much more. On one occasion he was off and heading to a dinner date with his wife and I called him for an emergency. He not only fixed the emergency but he also assisted me with other things in the apartment. On another occasion I requested someone take a look at the AC vent in my bedroom. Daniel came and he not only fixed the vent but he also noticed inconsistencies in the AC unit power. He spent over an hour servicing the AC and maintained a very friendly presence. I've lived in many complexes and none have ever felt more like home than Adele Place. Management is so organized and professional, and upkeep of the property is top notch- I've had zero pest issues in the 2 years I've lived here, their cleanliness standards are the highest with quarterly inspections and regular upkeep, and they are regularly maintaining the quality of the entire property. The leasing office has monthly events or giveaways (food, wine, raffles, etc) that really show how much effort they put into keeping residents happy and creating a feeling of community. The complex is beautifully decorated with trees and plants and is perfect to go for walks around. Amenities are amazing- hardwood yoga studio, a gym and CrossFit gym, basketball hoop, mini dog park with doggie waste bags all around the property, and resort style pool with hammocks. I've put a lot of use into the Amazon locker room which keeps your packages safe with a lock code that only you can access. Not to mention free printing and computer access for residents. Maintenance is professional, skilled, and quick to respond to requests. Appliances are up-to-date and modern. The list of amazing things can go on and on, but overall, Adele Place is the best place to call home. read more

Buyer beware ..........This place is a disgrace do not move here I was sexually attacked in there gym. We were made to move as they claim the person was removed yet he would still visit his family and were our neighbors. This community not only lets anyone from any where move in they have no care for anyone that lives there the property manger is nasty on how she responds to people during the pandemic she did not know how to handle the residents concerns and would be little them. The trash compactor was always full at time there were maggots and flies everywhere. And the apartment it self very very cheap flooring that with the slightest of furniture movement will rip which for them is great cause they charge you astronomical prices for repair. Everything may look nice on the web but be ware everything breaks fairly easy. It's moldy in the apartments I constantly had to use Clorox by the vents. And wipe it clean. I was told to air the apartment out by the custodian when asked about it he said this happens in the bathrooms because of air-condensation(I've never had to do this anywhere else before) the layouts of the apartments was not the original one we looked at when we were moving and signed for only to then say we'll that model is on the second floor and because we signed prior they would not refund they only offered another layout which is not the one online that was on the first floor. These people are only looking to get people in and then charge astronomical prices keeping your deposit and over charging for minor things in the apartment you would think your deposit should be enough think again. I am one who is neat and clean and very very organized. This place lacks that they lack in quality space and caring for the property. They had no care for me and my situation that occurred only to leave it to authorities shameful because we had to pay so much to move in a rush. The only reason we had to stay was due to the lease as we were close to it expiring. living in fear was never something I dreamed of but the staff at Adele place honestly will do nothing but follow "protocol" as she stated. Besides the poor state of the apartments trust that your not safe living here in this complex don't believe their website and there "friendly" demeanor there just trying to sell you. Just up the road it's gorgeous and they will do what ever it takes to ensure you feel at home your safe and if anything in your apartment needs a touch up they gladly give it to you for free and the maintenance is superb. read more

After living here a year and a half, I can strongly say NEVER AGAIN! First week moving in, the stove broke.. on Christmas day.. lucky me. many other stuff broke, like my door, it was so loose the wind would shake it so much the door would unlock at night. called many times about it, the repair guys are amazing, only people who were helpful and made the place livable. my bathroom would leak.. called.. got it fixed 2x still leaked. The last time I called made me realize the people in the office really don't care about you but your money. I ended up permanently fixing the leak, your welcome by the way. I grew up in many trades so I started using it to fix everything wrong with the apartment after being ignored. I was sent a letter saying I would get kicked out for SPEEDING and if you know me I'm the lowered Sentra. I physically can't speed with the speed bumps since day 1. I've been driving slow even going on the other side when people are walking so they feel safe. but my last warning was i almost hit someone while "racing" had a car park for 2. weeks got reported for racing in the property ig bc it looks sporty? got camera proof of it park since its been there ended up getting it off the property because cant get kicked out right now, again for no reason. When i turned in my keys the last day i was billed $600 for rent and water etc for 4 days i wasn't living there i left 2 weeks ago and turned in everything the day of?? Also the latter said I got 60 days to pay it. Rude lady at the office told me i have to pay it right now before i leave the office that i'm here or she'll report it. Btw never got email/anything on the portal before this day. she ended up telling me to leave she'll just send it in "OoOoO sCaRy". Found out they did the same thing to a lady $2400 FOR 10 DAYS of not living there. This place is really a joke. Its small road work broke my oil pan getting into the entrance. Some may say it's my fault, but if I had a picture of the driveway that day it was horrible. Then I wanted to up my rent 1800 for a 1b1b MADDDD! Found a nice place close by 2b2b and a garage 2000 way nicer, gated, way bigger living area, everything i wanted in adele place. I haven't even spoken to any workers yet and I will already be taking my business elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment for a tour at 1pm today (July 23rd). I had shown up at 12:45 and the leasing office had a sign saying "We'll be back at 12:40", yet no one was there. I waited untill 1:45 and not a single person showed up. If your leasing office can't even be honest about lunch break times and will just ignore a scheduled appointment then theres no way I can trust they will be honest about anything to do with renting. read more

Not honest about the apartment information. Was told one thing, when moving in, they gave me something completely opposite. They nose level is determined by your neighbors. Also by the air traffic, since it's the the airport, you hear EVERY plane. If they play loud music or slam doors or fighting, then you'll hear it all. Amenities are great, also they've spent years on "renovation of the gym". They staff, depending on who you get can be very unwelcoming and unpleasant. But the manager usually gets things back in order. The layout is weird. But space is good. read more

Adele Place was my first home with my fiance. We moved across the country for a job opportunity for me and we searched high and low for the perfect apartment for us. We are both really grateful to have lived here, even though it was short lived. My job transferred me to Vegas after only 6 months of our move in date. Luckily for us, we knew that was a possibility and opted for the early cancelation option of the contract, where if you leave before your 1 year is up, you pay for two months notice, which saved us quite a bit of money all and all. The staff was always super nice when we had interactions, and our very few maintenance needs were handled quickly. We were lucky enough to be the first people who got into our apartment after it had been newly renovated. I loved having an in unit washer and dryer and the floors were super easy to clean. Honestly, it was the perfect size for our first place together and sometimes I get home sick when I think about it. We had a first floor one bedroom. Our next door neighbors were awesome, we never really got to know the directly above us neighbors, but the neighbors up and over from us were a couple who fought a lot. No major disturbances though. We did pay for a designated parking spot and I do think that was a smart decision. We were living in Orlando during hurricane Irma. We evacuated, but there was minimal damage to the property as a whole, and none to our apartment. We did lose power for a couple day, but nothing major. We were a nice distance from the garbage compacter, not too close but easily walkable. My only complaints were that (as with anywhere and everywhere) many pet owners did not clean up after their pets. Kind of frustrating when you watch it happen out your patio blinds, but I am a very non confrontational person so no one ever got called out on it. That and we never got to see the fitness center open. It was supposed to open a month after we moved in but it just kept getting delayed. If you are considering living here, I say do your research and highly consider it. It feels like a little Oasis away from the craziness of Orlando. And if you do live there, take advantage of the hammocks. I wish I did more! read more

I have lived here for almost a year and I have to say that I have had nothing but positive experiences. When a maintenance concern is brought to their attention they are prompt and address things accordingly. The girls in the office are always friendly and and helpful with any requests. I whole heartily love living at Adele place and it pains my heart that I have to love . Adele place staff is so friendly. I was helped by a rep name holly who was amazing she made me feel as if my apartment was made for me . The neighborhood is so clean and quiet the gym is up to date the pool is amazing!!!! I never had any doubt in my mind that I wasn't safe everyday I came home . There is no bugs of any short. Pros: - The staff is very nice - It's close to school and everything else I need - The unit itself is nice. I hate carpet so wood laminate is nice Cons: - NOISE. I have lived in a lot of apartments and I now have by far the loudest neighbors I have ever had to deal with. It's affecting my ability to enjoy my living space that I'm paying A LOT of money for and I cannot study here. I'm absolutely miserable for this one reason alone. It's also close to Colonial, so you have noise from constant sirens, traffic, an ice cream truck that comes through often. There is no quiet enjoyment to be had here. - The plumbing​ is absolutely awful - Numerous issues with the trash and it's​ really unpleasant - I was not told about fluctuating utilities in my rent cost - My windows are not sealed well at all. It makes the noise issue worse and I believe it is increasing my electric bill substantially - Location. I was new to town and had no idea Azalea Park was not a desirable area to be in. You wouldn't think that considering how much I pay in rent each month. Which brings me to my next point.. - Cost of rent. I think it's insane to charge this much to live in an area that isn't safe and in an apartment with the aforementioned​ issues, excessively loud neighbors, and amenities that are not yet usable​. Absolutely NOT worth $1000+ each month I hate leaving negative reviews. I try to be an accommodating​ and cooperative person, but I cannot see myself sticking around when my lease ends. If my circumstances were different, I would end my lease early. Besides cost and location, the noise level is literally affecting me mentally and it's bad enough to warrant leaving this place. read more

I lived in an Adele Place apartment for almost a year (September to July) before getting married and moving out. Of all of the complexes we saw, Adele Place had the largest apartments for the best value. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff/office was very friendly and the facilities were great. I used the gym often. The updates they have made look wonderful and I felt safe in the neighborhood. It was convenient to work and there were several activities, movie nights, etc. to get the community involved. Very pet and kid friendly too! If I had one grievance (which is not against the apartment complex), it would be that my neighbor talked loud while standing outside, but the walls are thick once you're inside and you cannot hear a thing! I'd personally like to say, I never leave reviews but I found it absolutely necessary to leave a review on this apartment complex. I have been living here for approximately 6 months. From DAY ONE I have had nothing but issues. You name it, I have had it. CONSTANT PLUMBING ISSUES. I currently have no water in my apartment. No shower, no sink, nothing. They have had plumbing issues the whole time I have lived here and decided to address it today saying it would be a 3 hour process starting at 8 am, I asked the plumbing people how long until I would have water and they said 7 pm. THAT IS 11 HOURS OF NO WATER. I have had animals crawling in my walls. Endless amounts of ants, my washer and dryer busted and leaked water all over my floor, flooding my apartment, there is constantly trash EVERYWHERE. Poop bags overflowing from the pet trash cans. Every day! Completely over flowing. Yet they charge you $9 a month for trash. My floors are peeling up because they are fake glued on hard woods. My dishwasher didn't work for the first month I was here and almost caught fire due to a piece of plastics repeatedly falling off, rather than them addressing the bigger issue they made minimal repairs and my apartment was smoking with burnt plastic in my dishwasher. My stove top and micro wave didn't work for the first month, and they had the audacity to say it was not a maintenance emergency and didn't fix it for two days. My ac was broken for three days, before realizing my ac unit was so old I was paying $128 a month for it to run!!!!! After the we're forced to fix it due to a leak, my bill dropped down to $60 a month. This place is a nightmare. Avoid at ALL COSTS. I asked for money off my monthly rent due to the constant issues and and they sent a contract stating they would give me $100 to basically shut up about the issues. I am writing this to save you the headache of living in this absolute shit hole. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM ADELE PLACE. Overall I'm ok with it, I live in a "Bella", but there's a lot of issues that didn't let me give it a better rating. Lets start with the good: - The apartments are nice, well designed (size-wise that is, as there are issues) and i find them comfy. - There's somewhat good amenities (i'd like to go to the gym but it has very few machines). - My apartment is fairly quiet, any noise usually comes from other buildings in the complex, and not too often. So insulation within is pretty good. (Update: I found this to not be very accurate as one time their cleaning crew was playing loud music that resonated from below, seems I just might have been lucky with quiet neighbors.) Now to the bad: - One of the two waist level kitchen cabinets doesn't open without the oven door opening first. I didn't think it would bother me, but in time i realized how important that one is. - the floor, for someone with heavy furniture this place can be a problem, the floor can break if heavy furniture is moved around. Also in some parts its uneven, so moving around heavy furniture is a pain. - Washer/Drier are small (i like it small tho) and seems to be very old, sometimes making huge noices because it gets unbalanced or a piece pops out in the middle of use (inside). - They just recently upped the amount of "Reserved parking" spots which has proven a problem if you usually arrive after 9 pm, not sure if this is everywhere or it's just my immediate area. - The exit of the complex has a slope, and it exits onto Goldenrod, which is a fairly trafficked road at 45 max speed, it can take some time to get out if you're going north (this gets worse on high traffic hours). Patience is required. - The AC seems to be a bit weak sometimes and it's marked to not go below 78 on cool and 70 on heat. - The trash compactor is in really bad shape and is a very nasty place that one must visit regularly, I'd say it's expected, but I've seen enough compactors to say this one needs attention. - I've had to call maintenance more than once to fix any issue with the apartment, some I just have had to learn to live with (like the washer/drier for example). - There are monthly charges that fluctuate no matter what you do. The total for utilities they manage (trash, water, sewer) kept increasing for me for 6 months straight, and I was saving water because of it, yet it kept increasing, some months I was barely in the apartment. - When I signed the contract, I was explained confusing parts by their rep. (who also was not honest with apartment information), now that I am moving out, they flipped things around, not surprisingly, to their benefit. Luckily I am ending my lease right on time. Read your contract well, get a copy and get (external) help if you have any doubts. Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement, specially at this price range. read more

I absolutely hate it here. The pictures as a complete sham. I happened to get a "remodeled" apartment...which it was not. All they did was paint over the crappy trim, add new appliances (which didn't even work when I got there and I had to wait for new ones", were not caring or helpful, and so much more. The floors are a "fake wood". I pay $945 for this apartment and it is worth no more than $700. I am so mad that this is the first place I was stuck with when I moved to Orlando. read more

The upgrades are pretty great. I do agree with the level of noise. I'm not sure the increase of younger maybe college students are contributing but its not cool being woken up by their wall pounding karaoke nights and screams. Other ppl live there and have different work schedules. For the most part its a great place to live but the partying that goes on late at night and on weekends is pretty crazy. I know mgt will say find out who it is--- but I feel its mgts job to find out. We all pay a good amount of money for all the nice upgrades and to be in a somewhat peaceful area... we shouldn't have to play detective when we should be enjoying our new space. Otherwise.... Adele Place is still a good community to live in... its been clean and the new changes are great! read more

So don't know where to start with this place they have been fantastic! I really, Really, REALLY!, need to emphasize the staff at Adele Place they need a higher ratting then 5 stars. from the people at the front desk to maintenance, to the Property manager they have all been absolutely exceptional to work with. Iv had to reach out to them once or twice now to ask for a favor due to personal life issues, and they have always been Extremely! professional yet the most passionate staff I have ever worked with at the same time somehow. 'IF' you ever have any issues (which you probably wont) all's you need to do is call up front and just be honest and real with them and they do everything in their power to work with you and 100% (at least in my personal experiences) of the time they work something out so both parties are happy. I moved into the complex right after it was taken over by new management in the start of the year and have only seen good things sense. in the year that have lived at Adele place I have had countless friends over for little house parties ( half to show off how nice their new remolded apartments are) because with the new counter tops, stainless steel appliances ,and new flooring makes perfect place to have friends over for some burgers and a few drinks. For families no worry's either, theirs plenty of families here who feel safe allowing their kids out and about not to mention iv noticed there is a bus stop for the schools right outside the driveway into the complex so don't need to worry bout your kids having to walk a long way by themselves in the morning to get to the bus. As well as the community has a full Pool and Pool deck area set up with hammocks , lounge area, and freshly remodeled pool its a nice place to hang out with your friends or family, they also have a full fitness center on site that is always clean and has been a life saver not having to get up and go to the gym 20 min away every morning. Although I don't use them they have tennis courts and basketball courts (remodeled as well). one of the cool things iv been able to see is the transformation of all the exteriors of the buildings in the past few weeks with new siding, fresh paint , new gardening at ALL the buildings it really brings the place alive . people are amazed when they see how big a 1 bed 1 bath is that I live in, in the area and style of it and find out im only paying 850, when they live in a smaller area that's outdated for 900 . overall this place has made my live in Orlando absolutely amazing, if i didn't have to move across states for personal reasons I could see myself being at this place for year and years to come read more

Moving to a new city was the most stress I have ever experienced. But the staff at Aspen Management, Adele Place: Alexander to be specific, made the ordeal that much easier. I originally called a sister property looking for residency. The lady on the phone apologized for not having the specifications I needed, but recommended I contact a sister property which would better fit my needs. From my first conversation with Alexander, I was very happily impressed with the overall customer service. It was the little things Alexander did that made such a huge impact. He took time out of his busy day to take pictures of a potential apartment I was to move into, and email them to me. Based on our conversations he picked out my apartment location. Which I love; because I work very long hours and I wanted seclusion at the end of my busy day. I moved into my new apartment blind, and I did so only because of the care and detail one person displayed; from actually caring about my personal situation to finding solutions to, at the moment, catastrophic situations. Because of issues I had with the truck rental and trailer I used to move, I was behind on my timeline to arriving in time prior to the close of the leasing office that day. Alexander without panic, simply had me download an app so I could sign my lease while in route to Orlando, so I could get the keys to the apartment so I would not have to sleep in the truck and wait until morning. There are a number of places to live at in Orlando, just be wise and live at an Aspen Square Management community. read more
