First time at this location and it is 100x better than Cantera! It's a bigger store, beautiful selection, organized, nice layout, and most of all, better people. I went in during my lunch break (so I was short on time) and the two ladies that were so pleasant. Katherine and Nancy I think were the names but they were literally so sweet, helped me quickly grab a dressing room and then Katherine was super down to earth and not snobbish the way they usually are at cantera. LOFT - Cutest work pants! - Accessories Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I've been shopping at this store for a while and have never had an issue with any associate everyone has always been very nice. Last week, I went in to look for pants. I bought four pairs and wanted to try them on at home since I've recently gained a bit of weight and pants have been a struggle. I ended up keeping two out of the four, plus I had an online order I needed to return what didn't fit. During that first in-person visit, the associate who helped me was passive-aggressive and rude. I asked her if she could please hold one pair so I could see the total before deciding, and she seemed annoyed by that request. It was uncomfortable. I'm sorry, but I should be able to look at the total before paying so I can decide how much I want to spend. Today, I had to go back and return what simply didn't fit. The same associate was at the register, and she looked me up and down. (Ironically, I was wearing Loft.) I had two separate bags, which she clearly saw. She opened the first bag and proceeded to smell the pants with an offended expression. I guaranteed you that she did that on purpose. I have NEVER had anyone do something like that. Even if that's a store policy, the way she did it was extremely rude. Then she gave me attitude about doing two separate transactions, even though I had no way of knowing they could be combined. *EXPERIENCE DURING COVID-19* LOFT is my go-to store for petite size jeans, skirts, dresses... you name it! They are one of the few stores that actually makes clothes my size, which is very hard to find. Not all LOFT locations have a petite area, but the Quarry store has a good selection of petite items. Since COVID-19 hit our nation, they've been having a lot of sales online. They recently had a 70% OFF sale through their website and decided to get a few new items my wardrobe. Unfortunately one of the jeans that I bought was not very comfortable, so I decided to return it at the store. Before going in, they have signs letting customers know that face masks are required. I brought the jeans inside the bag that was in when I got it, and the cashier asked me to remove it (I guess for health reasons). Between the cashier and the customer there is a big plastic wall to keep some safe distance between the two people. The return was super easy to do, and I was out of there in 3 minutes. I absolutely love coming to this location! Everyone working there is always so nice and helpful! They're sale section is always amazing! And their discounts never fail! I also love when I wear something from loft to go shopping and the employees always compliment (because they know!). I'll first say that I love LOFT and how they cater to women of all shapes and sizes. I've visited this location a few times and this last time was awkward and awful. The woman working the cash register ignored me at first and literally didn't even look at me when she handed me the receipt. We're human, so sure, we have good days and bad, but the last thing I want when I shop is a rude associate who doesn't want to be there. This is one of my favorite stores to go to for staple pieces. Nothing overly trendy, but good contemporary pieces at a great price. They are far enough away from the movie theater to avoid the Christmas shopping traffic, and have ample parking. Sign up online for the emails - they are always having sales and it's silly to pay full price when you can wait a few days and they will have it 40%. The store is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the clearance section is great. Only downside - they are sometimes out of my size, but they're always willing to call another store and have them hold the item for you. FYI, if you are a teacher, they offer a discount. read more

As a young professional, this is where I'm buying almost all of my clothes for work. Great selection for petites! Staff is always attentive and helpful. LOFT has sales frequently, so I never feel like I'm overpaying, and the clothing is good quality. Just one piece of advice- I usually have to go one size down at LOFT in both pants and tops. I used to love this Loft location, but after my last 3 visits this week, I must say that their customer service has been terrible. I went in frantically to find an outfit for an event that night and despite the store being empty, not one person helped me, even after I asked for help. I went back over the weekend to find some more clothes and again, no one helped me, and they were actually rude when I asked questions about additional sizes and outfit options. Today was the last straw. I went in because I found out about an additional discount that no one had told me about (and I had blatantly asked if there were any discounts during my previous 2 visits) and they said that because they were previous purchases, they could not use the coupon. I spent well over $400 and they can't find a way to use the coupon to save me $80? It really irritated me that they didn't even apologize, let alone smile, while providing me service. I never open store credit cards but last time I went in one of the workers kept talking and talking about all the perks. I finally considered it because I buy a lot of my work clothes here. Her main guarantee was that I can purchase an item with the credit card and immediately pay that item off with my debit card in store without even getting out of line. So it's immediately paid off. THAT is the only reason I agreed to get it. She then proceeded to say that depending on my credit I will get either a Store only card or a use anywhere MasterCard. I asked if I can just get the store card and she said it's not an option we can make but I'm automatically given the best one depending on my credit. I say okay and get the universal master card. NOW I go online to make the first payment (because she said you can't pay the first one immediately) and my purchase was 2 weeks ago and they tell me I can't pay it until the 23rd. I tell her what the employee swore up and down I could do and they tell me no that is only possible if you got the store only card and that the associate should never have said that. So no that is not an option. Mind you I was soooo hesitant I repeatedly asked her "okay, so you're saying FOR SURE, I can but a pair of pants with the card and then immediately give you my debit card to pay that purchase off?" Her answer always being yes ma'am you can with a fake smile on her face. Mind you the manager was right next to her at the next register nodding along and laughing with us when I apologized for sounding like a broken record for asking it several times. How convenient if that was an honest mistake which I doubt it was. Nice clothes but don't trust the employees. I'll be closing that credit card out ASAP and submitting a formal complaint for this store. read more
