I can shop their collection online and order in-store pickup which is really convenient. There is always an extra touch with their clothes that gives even their basics added value. They also have regular sales that make them competitive with other women's clothing stores. Their clothes are classics and the quality is consistently high. So 5 stars for Talbots!

Unfortunately, we learned that you need dedicated appointments in order to try anything on, and were snootily informed that their dedicated café downstairs is only for if you are "waiting for alterations or already are a client." The way we were spoken to was rude and pretentious and it seems like laughably bad customer service to make potential paying customers wait for over an hour while not being allowed to make purchases at their in-store cafe. If that's acceptable customer service for you, then this could be the place for you.

However, once we left the store, communication completely broke down. I made multiple phone calls and sent several emails with questions regarding our suits and next steps, but never received a response. When you're planning a wedding, timely communication is incredibly important, especially when coordinating attire for multiple people. The lack of follow-up created unnecessary stress and left us feeling like our business wasn't valued. The quality of the suits may be good, but customer service extends beyond the initial fitting appointment. Unfortunately, the complete lack of responsiveness after taking our measurements made this a frustrating experience, and I would hesitate to use SuitSupply again for an event that requires reliable communication and coordination.

The original cashier, said she would have to ask. She called the "manager" over(who had on sweatpants that were way too small, greasy hair and the most "I hate life" face. She didn't ask me or the cashier anything . She looked at the sunglasses and said "NO" and walked away. I had to explain 3more times while showing my phone that I was allowed to make the return. Finally the grub "manager" came back over and actually read my phone and just nodded her head to the cashier. I guess that meant, ok it's approved for return. The cashier did it and handed me my receipt. Not a "Thank you" "have a nice day" "sorry for the inconvenience or delay" such a shame this is now customer service
