Lands End acknowledges receipt of these few items and pockets the money you paid for the rest. This is based on my experience 4/2/25. I did not check the receipt at Happy Returns. Never been scammed before If Happy Returns ships back to Lands End all items you intended to return, Lands End reaps $100 for a $20 item if it cycles through 5 times. My guess is that Lands End pays Happy Returns for this service.

If you're unsure what to give as a gift, a gift card is always a good option. They also share a large parking lot, so parking is convenient.

This one lady in particular spent so much time with me..she took me through the different options for rain coats that would fit my needs. Finally settling on the mountain classic anorak.. love that there is a wide front pocket and a drawstring hood. Next she took me over to the pant section, where she recommended the comfort trail pants. Once I tried these on I fell in love, super comfy and easy to move around in. I was surprised at how thin but protective they are. I also purchased a primaloft packaway vest, perfect to keep my core warm but still able to move. I am so impressed with this place and the service will keep me coming back. After shopping here I am all set for my vacation!

I was excited that there was a location opening up near me as I live the one in Florida. The store shelves were a bit empty as the need to stock more merchandise so I was disappointed. The prices are great for name brand stuff. I will definitely be back when they stock more stuff.
