LANDS END SCAM at Happy Returns…read more Until Proven Otherwise, Happy Returns scans only a fraction of your return to Lands End, pretending to scan the rest. Lands End acknowledges receipt of these few items and pockets the money you paid for the rest. This is based on my experience 4/2/25. I did not check the receipt at Happy Returns. Never been scammed before If Happy Returns ships back to Lands End all items you intended to return, Lands End reaps $100 for a $20 item if it cycles through 5 times. My guess is that Lands End pays Happy Returns for this service.

Not only that, but the staff here is kind and make processing my (many) returns super easy. They still don't have dressing rooms open, so I grabbed ~10 potential dresses and outfit options. I was shocked by the number of dresses I found that we're gorgeous and in my size. The clearance rack and dress shop at the back both had a lot of lovely floral options, along with some more formal wear. I ended up keeping a jumpsuit and floral sundress, but everything was really high quality and Marshall's typical low prices. Everything was under $30! You have to have patience at this location and leave yourself a little bit of time to find the gems amongst some of the less savory items and outfits. I love each department and find I am always likely to find what I am looking for.

A tiny jewel box filled with some of the finest luxury leather items I've seen. The owners are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their prices are extremely well-priced and their merchandise comprises of items that are both rare and special. I love speciality businesses like this where the owners share an aesthetic that is based on quality and timeless style.

It's not a neighborhood that I normally frequent, but Hickey Freeman keeps bringing me back. You can find some good deals on sports coats and suits if you're lucky. I wasn't familiar with the Hickey Freeman brand, before I moved to Rochester. They were big in the 50s & 60s, but they seem to have fallen under the radar in the past few decades after multiple changes in ownership. They have an overall good reputation in the fashion community, with positive feedback in terms of construction quality. I have 3 suits and I'm happy with all 3. They needed very slight tailoring (mostly simple hemming), which added slightly to the cost. But all 3 wool suits are fully canvassed, wool and cost $3-400 each (retail for $1000+). I think if you're lucky, you can find suits for $299. I think they are much higher quality than a similarly priced J Crew Ludlow suit.

I've gotten suits here for under $100 after all markdowns. Hickey suits are stylish but can also be conservative. They are very high quality and are perfect for business. I own seven or eight of their suits a handful are standard staple types and others are a bit more daring colorwise. I do lament the fact that they discontinued the warehouse sales in Rochester where the selection was even better than the factory store. Rochester folks had it very good and were able to score serious bargains.

Most of the items I see here aren't offered at other stores I've been to so I like the uniqueness of them. It's a new store and my only gripe is that when it gets busy, it's hard to get through the traffic. The maze-like layout isn't feasible for the average window shopper. It's also nice that the money you spend goes towards feeding those in need, so I don't mind splurging here every now and then. The customer service is also very approachable and well informed of their merchandise which helped me a lot in Christmas shopping. I'll probably find myself here more often than their mother store, Hot Topic, but I'm glad to see this addition to Eastview Mall.
