I probably couldn't have found what I wanted without the help, but I personally hate it when I am "attended to." They had 3 employees in when I stopped by in the evening, and all gave me their attention. They were super friendly and helpful, but it felt awkward. I hate clothes shopping. For what it is worth, I wasn't really their ideal XL customer. I found some shirts I really liked ($50-60 each) but I probably could have found them at the mall for less. My size is at the bottom of their selection, but I saw sizes 2X-6X so it would be a great place to shop if you are in that range. The experience was very similar to Jos. A. This store carries everything from snap back hats to fitted to winter (ski style) hats. The guy working here was very pleasant and told me a bit about customizable hat options.
