They also carry lots of Funko pop things, body jewelry, t-shirts and other misc stuff. It's kinda like Spencers without all the creepy sex toys. This store in the scarier than hell Fashion Square Mall is an oasis of some of the most helpful staff I've seen at any Hot Topic. Maybe it's because they're not as busy as the crowded malls, but they're always willing to assist, help you with their odd coupon policy, and offer to order things to your house if they don't have it in stock. I was looking for something with Art the Clown and couldn't find anything at other stores (Spirit Halloween, Atomic Horror, etc.), so I took a chance and came here. They had a cool mask and it wasn't overly priced either. I've also purchased many t-shirts here of bands I like (Jim Nabors, Glen Campbell, The Doodletown Pipers) as well as some metal t-shirts as well. They have a clearance section which is usually filled with bargains and they seem to always have some kind of Buy One Get one at XX% off. The workers at this location make it a 5 star store, though. Thanks to all!

They didn't have it there, but the guy attending called a couple of other stores to see if they did. He was very sweet and went out of his way to help out. The store doesn't have the full gambit of items that the other ones do, I don't know if it is because of Fashion Square Mall... very little traffic? Regardless, they have basic goods, t-shirts and great employees.

While they did not have one of the two items I was looking for they did go out of their way to try to help me figure out the sizing I was after and leather vs suede. They did not try to sell me on a different style or different color way that I clearly was not looking for which I appreciated immensely. I am not a big TB shopper so the information was very helpful especially as they were aware up front that I would not be purchasing in store or even from TB online - the items I went in for were on sale on ShopBop but not at Tory Burch, so there was no chance of a commission for them. As someone who did the rounds of retail both low end and luxury, I like to be upfront about this. That's good customer service and goes a long way with me personally. I will be back to shop at this location in future with this experience in mind.

TB is a smaller store & can only fit so many due to Covid. They greeted me & I told them I had shoes on hold. The process was pretty quick. Customer Service was awesome! Tommy Bahama has all sorts of patterns and fabrics for their shirts. Some are appealing and some are down right ugly, and people can't come to a logical conclusion as to which is which. They have lots of stuff I'd want to wear (even a college collection too) including shirts and shorts and other stuff. While they have great products that are pretty durable, the prices here make purchasing a difficult decision. I have to really love love love love love a piece to buy it, and when I can find a shirt that sells for just under $200 at this store at TJ Max for under $50, or even on sale at Nordstrom Rack, Macy's or Dillard's for under $100, I have never made a purchase here. I browse, look for sales (which are rare), say hi to the friendly staff, then usually end up leaving within 5 minutes. It's good for what it is, and maybe someday I'll buy something at this store. I'll still buy their stuff at other stores.

This particular Hot Topic is in the Waterford Lakes Town Center on Alafaya Trail. Parking was not an issue (but like most malls, it can be a bit crazy just before Christmas). Hot Topic is a great store to shop gifts for those teenagers and young adults who embrace rebellion and disenfranchisement. The service here was friendly enough and it kind of found myself awash in memories of my younger years and Hot Topic visits. When I was here on this early evening, they had a sale going on, so you could find some good deals. If you are a fan of Hot Topic, this is a good location. Go check it out for yourself.

I generally like to use my credit on matching outfits because it gives the most value. I asked the staff which sets could I use the credit for and they didn't know. They basically told me to pick some items and they'd let me know. Of course, none of the three sets that I selected were matched together. Despite being actual matching pieces (same color, texture, pattern, etc). My recommendation: feature a few outfits or key items somewhere in the store that credits can be used for. I recently moved from an area that didn't have any Fabletics stores and I've been so excited to be able to walk into a store and leave with an outfit. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as I thought it would be.
