It seems as if they make new "rules" depending on the individual. I'm pretty sure the workers that work there couldn't even afford to meet the ridiculous requirements if needed to be. Thank goodness it's better places that don't require an arm and a leg to pay for something that's NEVER going to be their very own. What's the purpose of showing all these check stubs. At first you requested either/or. Then you all already check my credit score, got proof of residency, proof I paid all them in a timely manner, yet now you're requesting 6 months bank statements. I feel like you all personally don't want to rent out the property to us which you all could just said that instead of wasting my time. Despite its promising exterior, the reality inside was quite different. The overall maintenance of the apartment was subpar, with evident neglect in various areas. Additionally, the staffing seemed ill-equipped to handle residents' concerns adequately. One of the most concerning issues I encountered was the water quality. Shockingly, the water coming out of my faucets appeared brown, raising significant health and safety concerns. This issue was not promptly addressed, despite my attempts to bring it to the attention of the management. In summary, my stay at Loft 5 Apartments was marred by under-maintenance, poor staffing, and a distressing water quality issue. I would strongly advise potential residents to consider these factors before committing to a lease. Loft 5 is an excellent place to live in LV. The best due to the following reasons: Extra Large Space, High Ceilings, Extra Large Storage, Extra Large Closets and all an updated kitchen. There is nothing to compare to in LV. I lived there for 3.5 years and was so happy. Great office support, maintenance and security. Loved the multiple pools. :) I miss the entire team that worked there and always make me feel welcome and valued. A must see for sure. Great access also to all highways and main roads. Loft 5 is very spacious with and open floor concept. The maintenance team was quick and very helpful. Christina in the office was very nice and was able to help on any requests. The walls are thick and never heard a peep from neighbors. The gym has free weights and machines which is a plus. The big windows are a favorite. Sad to leave. read more

After living at Loft 5 for five years, I have now moved out of the property and I feel that I have experienced enough to write a thorough​ and objective review of the property. I still stand by what I wrote in my first two reviews, as those were representative of how I felt at the time of writing them. The property itself has the potential to be great, given that it has the proper management. I have come to the conclusion that all of the issues that I was frustrated with in my previous post are directly attributable to upper management, owners, and HOA. It is clear to me that the office staff (Christina, Karen, etc.) were handicapped by these three groups, who chose to stall necessary repairs for an incredibly excessive time. The property is beginning to address some of the issues I previously mentioned. The 30+ holes in the hallway ceiling have been patched up after nearly one year. When I left, the carpets were in the process of being replaced with nice-looking​ carpet and hardwood/laminate flooring. The final thing I'll say about this property is that HOA should probably remind the security guard who looks like Ice-T that he is not guarding a military base or Fort Knox. I'm a pretty laid back person, but I've had to get into it with him a couple of times due to his lack of respect and courtesy with myself, other residents, and my guests. read more

I am so happy that the agents took forever to get back to me. Regardless of the pandemic you should be readily available since you have less of a workload or if you're simply the receptionist, you're probably working from home. During this one week wait for a call back, I stumbled on Google reviews from previous and current tenants that mentioned all the same things that the reviews on Yelp stated. The Google reviews stated that there are escorts, prostitutes, drug dealers, and etc at the facility. Cops are there are the time and the staff are egregious. I am so happy that because of their slow and unprofessional response, I was able to take the time to actually Google reviews. I was so excited because the layout of this place is gorgeous, but it would be hell living there because you can clearly see by the reviews that whoever is running this place or owns it, is probably a place they don't need the revenue from. In taking a closer look at the tenants pictures of the quality of the work done on the paint and decor, I can tell it's very cheap quality. The entire place looks and smells ghetto. You can't get around that. If the staff are ghetto, that's what the entire community is going to represent. In addition they as the other Yelper claimed, they charge you $350 for a "re-decorating" fee. This is such a rip-off and we know this fee is actually the agent's commission. Nice try but it's absurd to charge that much when other complexes that are actually the real luxury charge only $200. Thank you Google reviews and Yelp! I have been here two months now and I absolutely love this place. I love the layout, modern design, I have a great view, and it's really clean her PROS: - modern - clean - great view (from my apt) - Wolf appliances - HOA CONS: - windows don't open - elevator deposit Mainx: The building is extremely clean. Maintenance does a mostly good job of responding to issues and getting them taken care of. Recently someone threw up in our hallway and it was right outside of my door. It took about a week but maintenance got the carpet cleaned and resolved the issue after a little push. Security: It's really secure. You would never have to worry about someone showing up unexpectedly at your house because they wouldn't be able to get through the front gate. The locks on the doors are flimsy (loose) though. I have other friends who live here and one of them replaced the lock and no longer have the issue. Also, when the wind blows hard enough the door shakes because that lock is so flimsy. But other than that security is great. Rent: Rent prices are very reasonable. Since I'm coming from LA I would say the rent is a blessing. Put it on autopay! I don't like how every time you use the elevator for deliveries you have to pay a five hundred dollar holding fee. I just think if this fee is going to exist it should be made more convenient. It's so inconvenient going to get a money order. Make it an online process. Noise: Ok, my neighbors above me are loud AF. They have a toddler who is always running so I hear boom boom boom quite frequently. They also have a piano and the toddler beats on the piano and I hear ridiculous noises. I never hear the people next to me on either side though. The noise is low- moderate in my opinion. Front office: Everyone that I've met in the front office so far is really kind and helpful. Avoid this place like the plague. The floors are beat to death and the walls aren't much better. The kitchen appliances are in pieces in most of the residences, are old and need replacing. The hallways are trashed and filthy. The carpets are disgusting. They claimed it was all in the process of being replaced within weeks. Never happened. There is paint splatter everywhere. It took us hours and hours with a razor blade to clean it off. How did we not know it was there? Because the unit we were shown is NOT the unit we got. They lied and told us we were in one unit and ended up putting us in the one next door. The views are non existent and let's talk about the staff. We lived there for six months. We're model tenants, never an issue, even fixed broken things that are the property's responsibility. The blackout curtains in our bedroom looked like they'd been through a shredder. We had it written into the lease that they would be replaced upon move in. Not only were they NEVER replaced, we couldn't even get anyone to respond to us about the issue. We had toilets flood, sinks clog, and outlets blow up .... NOTHING. It took me days and days of hounding to get someone to fix our non-working kitchen faucet. Ya know just the kitchen sink. You barely use that right? When we moved out, couldn't get out of there fast enough, we left a board of hooks with necklaces behind a door. We have now called THIRTY SIX TIMES to get our property and they refuse to call us back. *edit* after leaving the THIRTY SIXTH message telling them we were filing a police report, Karen finally called back and said my necklaces were in an envelope, they don't FIT in an envelope, and when I said "this isn't ok - I need to know where my property is" she hung up on me. They owe us around $300 back on deposits and we are going to have to sue them to get that back. STAY AWAY. This is the worst place in Las Vegas. We could not have been better tenants and our experience was absolutely horrendous. read more

I had been living across the street and always "eyed" Loft 5! So when I started looking for a new place, this was the obvious choice.... Or so I thought. I had left messages regarding looking at the property, even tried to reach out via Zillow in hopes that SOMEONE would contact me to view a few units. I have 2 friends that live here (2 different units) and neither have said anything negative OR positive about the place, assumingely because they would like me to have my own opinion on it. I couldn't be more thankful. TO THIS DAY it has been about 4-5 months since I reached out the 1st time and about 3 months since the last, and still no call, email or text telling me "yes, we would love to have you come in" OR "eat shit" SOMETHING!!!! NOW, giving the fact that I'm not sure if they get the alerts from Zillow, it doesn't take away from the fact that I've called the actual office and left MULTIPLE voicemails for someone to call me including, stating that I wanted to make sure they were taking "walk-ins or if I needed to make an appointment before abruptly showing up, just trying to have some respect for businesses and tenants during Covid. Things change so often that I THOUGHT I was doing the right thing but clearly, like the majority or other businesses... they have lost what customer service is and means. With that being said, I want to say a HUGE Thank you. Thank you for NOT getting back to me so I could spend my $2500 a month elsewhere. Thank you for allowing me the time to find better accommodations. Thank you for providing opportunity to get a house with a garage at a lower price. Not sure where to begin with a long list of complaints. For "luxury loft" living there certainly is nothing "luxurious" about living here. The community is obnoxious and the tenants are, by and large, rather messy, loud, and rude. My wife and I chose this apartment partly because of the allowance of dogs. We are conscientious pet owners that always clean up after ourselves but it seems as though it stops there because there is poop everywhere. When I brought that up to the manager Christina Salazar she told me it was incumbent upon me to catch the individual responsible and immediately report it so that they can then hold them accountable like I'm some sort of poop police. We have 2 assigned parking. 1 is nice, inside, and the other is hella far, outside, on the other side of "visitor" parking. I'm not surprised that someone literally always parks in the outside space because you can't even read the numbers half the time they are so faded. When I asked to be reassigned the second space I was told that the spaces were allocated and there is "nothing they can do" to get us a different one. Mind you, the space next to mine inside was empty for an entire year as that unit had not been occupied. Again when I have complained about our space being occupied I was told that it's my responsibility to contact security and take photos to send to management so that they can then do their job of regulating parking. So for 17 months we have been parking in a visitor space, unless it fills up, at which point we would have to park on the street outside. Someone stole the knobs off the bbq's on our side of the property. I'm not blaming them for that but it's indicative of how they handle their business that they said nothing to us, the tenants, about trying to fix or replace them. I think a status update would be nice and doesn't take much time. I got an email the other day that said they found someone's car doors in a shopping cart and they were going to throw them away so I know they have time to let us know that they are aware of the bbq damage and they are addressing it. The gym is always a mess. There is always poop in the communal bathrooms worse than a roadside truck stop. The facility was NOT CLEANED FOR MONTHS. I'm talking the same sweat stains on mirrors and dust on racks. When I complained about this I was told again that they are "short staffed" and don't have the bandwidth to handle day-to-day cleanup. This is also the reason that trash is allowed to live in the hallways and trash rooms, carpets have dog pee, poop, and vomit, bushes and trees are overgrown etc. You can hire people- 3rd party contractors will come immediately and fix everything. I'm not willing to hear excuses anymore. My rent has not dipped. Pretty sure that the approximate $1/2 million in rental dues they take in monthly from 250+ units will more than cover weekly gardeners, maids, plumbers, and anything else you can imagine. One of the security gates was broken for about 2 weeks without any repairs taking place so anyone could have gotten in. We had a leak in our ceiling stemming from the pipes and runoff from the upstairs neighbors. It was dripping brown water through the light fixture in the entryway. This culminated in a hole being cut in the ceiling that day. That hole allowed much more water to drip into the apartment and so I placed a 10gal pot underneath to catch the drip. I was told that they had fixed the leak and had to wait a few days to make sure it wasn't still dripping before the drywall was repaired. I waited an entire week and watched it drip brown water and black sediment before going back down to the office to get a status update. So I'm there asking for a status update and I get the same story from Christine, that they are waiting to seal the drywall when I tell here that literally no repairs have taken place. I showed her a video of the damage and she had the maintenance guy follow me back to my place to verify. He took one look and agreed that they had done nothing but cut a hole in the ceiling. When I got back to the office Christine told me that she messed up and had not ordered the repair and that it would take place the next day. She forgot to order a repair. At this point I wrote an email per her request to lay out all of my concerns and ask for a rent credit. She replied to my email that although she could not credit the full month that she would award us a partial credit of $511 for our troubles. That was 3 months ago. If you like poop and messy rude neighbors this place is probably a good fit for you. The last thing I'd like to say is that we recently received a notice from management stating that they noticed that our contract was up for renewal and they would like to give us the "opportunity" to lock in another year at a measly 20% increase over our current rate. We've never been late on a single payment through all of Covid, and in my opinion are good tenants. We keep it clean and quiet. We're out. read more

Rent here is pretty overpriced but still a decent place if you can afford it.The ladies in the office are amazing.Christina and E are some of the best staff I seen here.Always smiling always helpful.They handle request fast and timely and communicate well.I can't thank them enough for making move in and move out a smooth easy process.The units are meh but they are a little older but still decent. Maintenance Keeps things pretty clean.Of course you'll have your poop here and there and the guards are usually on there shit when it comes to calling when a guest arrives.Overall I would def recommend living here read more

I love this property! I spent an entire month until the current pandemic searching for the perfect place. I did not think the perfect place existed until coming to tour Loft 5!! Karen and Christina were so amazing, accommodating and made sure that any questions I had were answered. When you think of luxury living, it is much more than just the appliances and finishes in the unit. I believe the customer service is what sets this place apart from all the other buildings I've visited. I cannot wait for this whole corona virus thing to be over so I can finally move in. Christina has even been sending me emails weekly keeping me updated and just to check in. You can't find service like this anywhere else. Come and check them out. This is the dirtiest complex I have ever lived in the maintenance never does their job whenever it's garbage day the dumpster will sit in the parking lot for another week until the next trash day. They never power wash the garage, the trash cans are always over flowing there's dog piss all over the stairs and hallways. I am truly disgusted I pay way too much to live here for maintenance to be so trash. Highly recommend never moving here. read more

We positively loved living at Loft 5. We lived there for 10 years. The beautifully designed living space is "the best in the city". The security is better than the best. We always felt very safe. Pets are welcomed. Karen who works in the rental office, really knows her stuff, she is extremely dependable, knowledgeable and caring. The maintenance crew is super skilled. Maintenance orders were always addressed within 1 to 2 hours, sometimes within minutes.The elevator and the garage are super convenient. We lived in Loft 5 for 10 years that alone speaks for itself! If I could give zero stars that's what they would have. I sit and write this review at 4:40am because ppl are playing music at 4:40 at the pool with no consideration . I have had to call metro on the neighbors there is parties all the time throw up in the elevators and this is a every other night situation which I have to call security on. If you want to pay over $1500 for a one bedroom with no sleep and inconsiderate people move here. As for me I'm moving as soon as this lease is up!! 2018 the management here is much better now. I lived at Loft 5 for 18 months so I am going to give you a review that is a year and half in the making. First of all, most of these negative reviews seem to be based on personal opinions and issues that don't really reflect the overall experience and luxury you get with Loft 5. Everyone that lives here seem to be young professionals ranging from 26-40 and the environment is great and very professional. There was families with young children as well but I would recommend this place to any age bracket. My neighbors were all friendly and most of us became good friends. Walking down the hallway would usually involve a very warm greeting and great conversation. I moved here from San Francisco so I can start by saying the units are absolutely spacious and live up the luxurious name Loft 5 carries. Each unit is unique in its own way and as modern as they come. The bathrooms feel like you're at a 5 star resort and the kitchens make you want to learn to cook because of how nice the cabinetry is. Something important to me is water pressure and hot water when i'm taking a shower and let me tell you this place has both and they are amazing. the showers are great and you have a huge bathtub in each master bedroom. Karen and Bianca in the leasing office are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. From day one Karen was helpful and made sure all my requests and questions were answered in a timely fashion. Bianca would always be quick to get back to me as well with anything I needed and she is great! They know almost everyone by name and would always make it a point to come say hi if they saw you walking or were showing a unit to someone. If you want to move here just ask for these two, you'll be in great hands as they are very professional, genuine and will not waste your time. They were one of the reasons I extended my lease after my first year was up. My master bedroom faced the swimming pool, gym and bbq area and I never once had an issue with noise or people being loud. Sitting pool side usually involved a few people quietly relaxing and enjoying the sun. The bbq area is great as well, always clean and ready to go anytime you want to grill something. The gym is great for its size and super clean. Plenty of equipment for everyone and I never had an issue with waiting for a particular machine. The gym is big enough to where you don't need to have a personal gym membership so you can eliminate that cost from your monthly bills. Security is amazing and constantly watching out for everyones best interest. Most get to know you by name so they have that personal touch. People complain about them being strict but thats the point of living in a place like Loft 5. They ask for ID and call you to confirm you have a guest coming in, why would anyone complain about that? You're paying for everything, including a sense of great security and that random people won't be walking inside the complex or down your hallways. Plenty of parking for everyone. Each unit gets 2 parking spots, one garaged and one in the open. Again, lots of young professionals so people are very cautious about parking and being cautious about one another's vehicle. The location of Loft 5 is great as well. You're a few miles from the strip, shopping around the corner, town square and the outlets down the road. The area seems very safe and I never had any issues with anyone. Overall this place is great and I would recommend to anyone. The security at the front gate is a joke. Most of them will pretty much let anybody in and rarely do I get a phone call about a guest at the front gate. Then at night they only have one security guard so a lot of times my friends will have to wait at the gate for a while before they come back from their rounds. Recently they also decided to pulled out all the real grass and put in AstroTurf. It has made the complex look even cheaper. The gym and pool is open 24/7 so that is really nice but besides that I can't think of anything else that is nice. read more

This place is all bout blessing and curses. I like lots of things about it...then again, the very same things I like are also the things I don't like. Does that make sense?! 1. It's openness. LIKES - it has that open feeling which you can decorate clean and modern. Super minimalistic. DISLIKES - there are no doors! I get the whole loft thing but, I always tell my friend that "if someone breaks in, you'd be screwed...no where to hide!" 2. Security. LIKES - the area in general is kinda shady so, security at the gate is always a plus! DISLIKES - uhmm... how do I say this? THE SECURITY IS WEIRD! Like normal/social ppl, I made small talk with the guard while he rang my friend; and I swear to you, the guard showed me pics on his phone, told me (almost) his whole life story, AND let 3 cars in ahead of me. I am a current resident at Loft 5 and have lived here since January 2022. When I moved in I was very excited I loved the modern loft and the entire vibe of the complex. In a short time I started having issues with someone underneath me regarding their music. It was the middle of the night and it woke me up because the bass was making the mirrored closest doors vibrate against each other. I called security and ask them kindly to ask them to turn down the music. Security went and the music was turned down and within 5 minutes of security leaving they turned the music back up. This went over several times. I also reported this to the office. This was the beginning of a pattern with the music in the middle of the night and parties with people screaming etc.....I have reported this many times but obviously there has been no resolution. The last 2 times I called security I also called the office and left a voicemail so it was time stamped and matched my call to security. I feel sorry for security because they can only do so much. I have been waiting for the office to call me for 3 weeks now. i have called the office on 2 different occasions during this 3 week period asking if someone was going to call me? The answer was yes but I have yet to hear from anyone. Very unprofessional. I have missed work on 2 occasions because I have been up all night and this is not acceptable. The homeless population around the loft is out of control and I have caught them twice trying to break into cars including mine. There are some great people that live in the complex but there are many unsavory characters. I spoke to LVMPD and they informed me the Loft 5 is known for pimps and prostitutes and it stay on their radar. I am in law enforcement and this is not what I want to be around. Unfortunately, I had to look for other housing due to the issues and lack of resolution or even a call to discuss anything. No one likes moving and it cost a fortune but this is what I have been pushed to and its ridiculous. I spoke to my neighbor and she told me she has reported this issue many many times and no resolution. She also informed me she has caught 4 apartments being rented and then subleased for Air BNB. This is terrible and not safe for the current residents because they have not been screened and have been given access to the complex. I have items that have not been repaired from my move in. I pay my rent on time and never give anyone any issues. This is has been a terrible experience. I hope the owner reads this because I do not think she is aware of the unprofessionalism that is taking place at her complex. It is a beautiful complex and could be so much better. read more

Relocated to Vegas and, despite the sketchy location of this building, was referred by another property manager to check out the "modern" 2 BR unit or Penthouse at the Loft 5. I pulled up to the security gate and no security guard was there to let me in. I waited at the gate for about 5 minutes, with a delivery truck and few cars waiting impatiently behind me, until the Guard came out of a group of young kids who were just hanging around the courtyard. I told him I wanted a tour of the property and gave him my Driver's License. He rang the leasing office and passed on a message to me that I "need to make an appointment"... ! Huh? The Business Manager stated in a response of 11/4/2014 that you "welcome walk-ins"... I was turned away and didn't bother making a future appointment. If the Business Manager hasn't passed down the proper policies and procedures to the on-site staff and they deal rudely and arrogantly with prospective tenants, I would hate to see how they act once they have my rent cheque every month ~ I will gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

three years ago i was new to Vegas and struggling to find where i would reside. After countless virtual tours, walk throughs and a oil change, Loft 5 found ME...Karen found me and i've never been happier! Brief yet terrible experience...I considered moving here because I know someone that lives there and has been advocating for them for months. I'll keep it simple, if you're going to live here...stay away from pattie. Although I am grateful for her incompetence(since I love where I live now) I just want to save you the stress. I heard great things about Karen, who I unfortunately didn't get to work with but let's just say it's been over a month since I applied and I had to do the following up. First she claimed she didn't update me because I was out of town for work, then when I responded to her email asking what the next step was she ignored me from there on our..however I responded to an ad an hour later and she emailed RIGHT back(she didn't know it was me of course) Considering the fact that I had a similar experience upon move in at my last place of residence I knew that was a red flag so I gladly took my business elsewhere. I knew she was in the wrong industry from the first day I toured Loft 5 but I wanted to give her a fair chance because the property was the closest to what I had at that time but I am glad I followed my instincts. read more

After living here for a year I can say I am a fan of many things this community has to offer. I can also say that I have a severe dislike for a few things about the property. First, the good stuff! 1. The property manager is amazing. Bianca has been extremely understanding and helping. All the emails that I have exchanged with her have been professional, responsive, and kind. I cannot say that about another team member there, but that will come later. 2. The units are nicely appointed with lots of space and very open layouts. You have very nice appliances and cabinetry. Anyone that has come to visit has always complimented them. The layout is great and pretty functional for what it is. I really enjoyed it. 3. The property itself is very nice and well taken care of. The maintenance team responds quickly and they very what you need fixed and take care of it. 4. All of my neighbors that I have met have been very friendly and offered to help out with bringing groceries up or just holding the security door open. I think I met one person who was an absolute detriment to humanity but other than that the people are pretty awesome! The bad: 1. THE SMELLS. I know this is something that I cannot blame the property for but oh my sweet baby Jesus. Someone down the hall I live in loves to smoke weed like Snoop himself lives there. The whole place reeks of it. It is kind of embarrassing when people come over and go "WOAH HOLY DRUGS". Definitely not my favorite thing. Now, one thing to take into mind is that this was just my building and my hallway. The other hallways and buildings could smell completely different. I've only been in one other one during a tour and it was fine. So take this with a grain of salt. 2. The people above my unit must train elephants or something. They stomp around like crazy. I cannot believe how loud they are. They either like to jump rope at 11 at night or continuously jump from the top level into a kiddie pool on the lower in a belly flop contest. I am not sure and frankly I hope they fall down the stairs for as loud as they have been. The units themselves have pretty decent sound proofing and insulation as well, so that just baffles me. 3. Guest parking is a hassle. First, getting the guest to the parking is a little rough. The security at the front, while nice, is kind of annoying to have to call down any time someone wants to come visit. Once they are in, they need to locate a spot. The problem with this is that there is a lot of resident parking and very little guest parking. Yet the residents still want to go and park in the guest parking. I think some of them just can't read and decide that it is a perfectly good space. 4. The shower. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PUTS A FIBERGLASS DROP IN BASIN AND PLEXI SHOWER DOOR IN A FULLY TILED BATHROOM AND SHOWER?! Its like they went and ripped them out from Auntie Em's 12 year old mobile home and put them in the shower. They are a complete after thought. I know this is something with the original builder, but for being as nice as the units are this really brought them down a notch in my eyes. They could slowly replace the fiber glass and plexi doors with proper tiles and glass easily and over time but I doubt that is cost effective. 5. Patty in the leasing office never responds.You might as well email a ghost. That is why I was so thankful for Bianca. Also, the HOA sends out nastygrams but when you respond to them you never hear anything back. It took multiple phone calls and angry emails to get a point across with them and show that I was not in violation of anything. The security staff was on the line between good and bad. This was because there were a few guards that were absolutely awesome to work with. They knew who you were, remembered your guests, and were always cheerful and pleasant. Then there is the one security guard that is drunk with power and seems to think he is protecting the White House. He speaks to residents and guests with a horrible tone and talks down to people. It is a bad showing and initial impression for the property and he really should be replaced. I recommend Loft5 to people for the positives above. If you are fine with some of the negatives it definitely makes for a great place to live where you get a lot of value for your money. Most of the staff and neighbors are very friendly and always willing to help you out. The units are very nice and have a lot of great features and amenities. The only reason I did not renew my lease with the property was because of work. I wanted to move somewhere closer so I did not have to drive as far. I gave the property 4/5 because of the few things that are bad and within the properties control to be changed. I understand that the shower and the smell from some resident's units are out of the control of the property. However some of the staff and the guest parking that could be remedied is what earned the subtraction of a star. read more

I really enjoy staying in this place. Very spacious apartments. 2 beautiful balconies. We have a pool, a jacuzzi and a beautiful gym. And it's so close to the Las Vegas Strip too. The hall is very clean and smells so good. I also love people who work for Loft 5, especially Bianca. So professional and accommodating. read more

Love this place. So quiet and peaceful. The staff (Bianca and Karen) have really gone above and beyond to making loft 5 a community that everyone can feel safe in. We are a family of 3 with a 6 month old and I was a little worried that Loft 5 might be a little fast paced (being on the s strip) for a new baby but after being here a few months , I have never felt safer. Loft 5 - Beautiful open space perfect for a nursery - Apartments Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This is one of those reviews I must write only because there are so many bad reviews of Loft 5 I feel like I must intervene. First of all, let's start with the overall aesthetic, which is important. Growing up most of my life in Los Angeles surrounded by affluence, I have come to appreciate the finer things in life. Bottom line is, Loft 5's layout is one of a kind in Las Vegas, you will not find anything like it (unless you go to Henderson and there is ONE spot similar). It's hip, modern, stylish and brilliantly laid out inside. Las Vegas has a LOT of cookie-cutter type places to live - this isn't one of them. I recommend you at least view a few of their floorplans. Which brings me to our experience viewing the property. It's gated, with a real and attentive security guard who will NOT let you in without an appointment. I like that. Safety is a key feature. Second, the ladies who showed us the property (we went in three different times) were very patient, kind, informative and fun. You feel like you are the only one they have to show the place to all day, which says a lot, because it can't be hard shlepping around the grounds in business attire showing fickle and indecisive prospective renters various available units all day. So, five starts for their patience and kindness. Another unique feature? The two steam rooms. Only ONE Ovation property has a steam room, other than that, you have to rent in a tower. Loft 5 has two. That's a game changer. The price. A bit high but you get what you pay for, especially if you find "That Perfect Unit" The community? Very communal. You will probably get to know everyone there, so if that's not your jam, don't do it. Also, it may get a little loud, at least that's what I heard, it didn't seem loud to us, but also there is always a solution to that: rent a house. All and all, we didn't rent here because we decided on a short term until we were sure this is the move for us...But if it is, we will probably be back. Loved here for over a year and I enjoy it. I absolutely despise apartments and prefer to live in a house until I checked this place out. The rent about as high as a house but you gain a lot. 1) open space! Plenty of room to hang my huge art collection. I love the wooden floors and the modern feel of the loft. It's great to host dinners with friends and family. I will say I've had a few issues with my modern appliances but they office repairs them immediately which is great. 2) I hardly see my neighbors. One of the things I hated about apartments is being bunched in with other people in buildings. Here I hardly run into people and when I do everyone is very polite. 3) I love the pool, BBQ, and fire pit area it's awesome to walk the dog light the fire and have a glass of wine. The bad thing is sometimes people don't pick up after their pets and there's poop laying around. Which that's annoying and rude. Plus sometimes you can smell the urine from the dogs in the grass area as well and the building. The office does clean it but sometimes it stinks. 4) Security is nice to have but I feel like these guys let who ever in without any real monitoring. I think they are there just to have. Overall I enjoy it here and don't have any complaints. I signed another lease and couldn't be happier about it. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury apartment/loft. read more

Beautiful apartment homes. The worst management I've ever seen or experienced. Originally for sale, the apartment homes then began to be leased over 1 year ago. The apartments caters to the HOA and their unending rules. The elevators are constantly in service mode and out of use (we live on the 4th floor which makes a load of groceries unbearable) and when elevators are in use they are covered in ugly brown pads. We rented places for less money with 1. more community events (there has been 1 in over a year, when we moved in they promised a yoga class in the yoga room, none yet). 2. More organization- scheduling and rescheduling of maintenance requiring tenants to be at home, elevators out of use 3. Friendlier management and 4. safer places (even though it is guard gated in the front there are no cameras surrounding the premises where the 2nd car or guest parking is, resulting in several car thefts). The only reason this complex get 2 stars, instead of 1, is because the apartment home itself is very nice looking: bamboo floors, sandstone tile, modern layout. There are many defects in the building though (cracks in drywall, corners of stairs exposed instead of covered, unsealed grout resulting in stains). read more
