Today I had my routine service at Lodi Toyota for my 2025 Corolla. Everything was very quick and easy as always. I'm always greeted by a friendly worker who answers any questions I may have. I appreciate the services that new car buyers get for the 1st 25,000 miles. I'm just more concerned with how I'll be able to afford these same services after the free services aren't available to me anymore. I know it's important to keep up on this type of services for new cars but in reality I won't be able to afford oil changes/tire rotations here anymore pretty soon. But for as long as I'm able to I definitely will be returning to Lodi Toyota for everything I possibly can to keep my new car in the best shape possible. read more

Customer service! I was a huge fan for 3 years bought my car here all services were handled great, until I was scheduled for a service appointment for a day they weren't even working (error on them). Showed up for my appointment ( I live an hour away) and was told that they were suppose to call me to let me know it was cancelled. This never happened I called twice left a message for the manager to let them know how irritated I was with no call back or follow up. Would have been an easy apology on their side and maybe $20 bucks off my service I would have chalked it up to we all make mistakes and I would have made another appointment. With no follow through on Lodi Toyota's behalf they have lost me as a customer to poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere! read more

2.5 hours for an oil change. No apologies, was told I NEEDED to understand there were other vehicles. And I should basically know that that was standard. No one was available to talk to me and was told leave a review. This was the 5th vehicle purchased through this dealership. Was offered the maintenance package but was never told be prepared to wait 2.5 hours. service guy said well they should have told you that while financing. Asked to speak to finance and was told she was unavailable and to call. Was basically told that's how ownership wants it and I could just take my vehicle to Stockton but I live in Lodi. Love Toyota vehicles but considering never returning to this dealership read more

Went in to have an AC button checked for repair. After checking the unit and providing a very high quote , I declined the work and proceeded with other repairs. Only after leaving did I realize they had broken a knob on the AC. Now it falls off constantly. Wonderful Experience Thanks to Kamil and Steve! From start to finish, our experience was absolutely fantastic -- all thanks to Kamil in sales and Steve in finance! Kamil was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy at all, just super helpful and easy to talk to. He made the whole process smooth and even enjoyable -- which isn't something you can say often when it comes to car shopping! Steve in finance was equally impressive. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions without any pressure, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. It was quick, transparent, and stress-free. You can really tell that both Kamil and Steve take pride in what they do. We left feeling confident, taken care of, and really happy with our purchase. If you're heading in, ask for Kamil and Steve -- you'll be in great hands! read more

I was in the market for a toyota rav 4 advertised price of 34,484. I spoke with a very nice gentleman on the phone and arranged to come in to purchase the vehicle. On arrival to the car dealership I was turned over to a overweight man with stone cold personality. He told me that the advertised purchase of the car was just a suggestion. And raised the price of the car to 43,000. My low tire warning went on when driving to the dealership. I asked if their shop could fill my tire. He said there are shops around that could do that. I would NEVER buy from that dealership they are greedy and disrespectful to women. I believe he was trying to take advantage of me. It is a horrible place to buy a car!!! read more

From the very first phone call to the moment I brought my car in, every team member was genuinely wonderful. WOW- this place can NOT be trusted. - Sept 29 - I test drove a used car at toyota of lodi, and when the car turned on a notification showed up on the dashboard saying there's a right side passenger side airbag issue. I told them they need to fix it and they assured me that it was already fixed and they need to just reset the screen. They said the car was FULLY serviced and safe to drive, and when I pushed back they said in a condescending tone: "young lady I said that it was already serviced". I urged that they should check it and they said that I can buy the car, and that they would check it the following week for free since the car should be ready to go. To ensure that they would do so, they gave me a form saying they commit to "check and advise service light (right side malfunction)." - Oct 11 - I came back to get the car looked at and the technician said first that somebody's dog bit the cord and that it's not safe to be driving. I explained that it was sold like this and that they should not have sold the vehicle if it was dangerous or unsafe to drive, and then they agreed to buy the parts and fix it. This may not happen for another week. - Sept 29- ALSO, the bottom shield came off on the freeway as I drove out of the lot, they said they would fix it and when I came back they didn't have the parts. (keep in mind I live in LA and have driven 8-9 hours to come back to the dealership) - Dec 20th- my brakes started screeching and the car halted, I had to have the car towed to an auto shop at 3 AM and had to wait for it to open at 8 AM since it was in an unsafe area. The autoshop looked at the vehicle and said WOW you were completely ripped off and frauded. They said the rotars and brakes were completely unsafe and have not been maintained or updated in many years, and they had bought new brake covers to cover it up- but that this car has not been in a safe condition for many months and likely years. This has been a terrible experience, unsafe, thousands of dollars in repairs, time and money and gas for driving, and nothing has been done. I'm waiting to hear back from corporate, but also working with lawyers on next steps for this negligence. For somebody to try to get a sale for what? To put people in danger? This is not a good dealership and the sales and service team should NOT be trusted. read more

Bad place to do business with. I've gone in for a test drive. The salesperson Singh was very desperate and aggressive. He insisted me to provide my social security number before he can give me the financial calculation. He ensured me that he will but pull my credit score. It was just a formality. I played along because i really wanted the car. He came back with ridiculous numbers so I walked out without making my purchase. Weeks past, my credit score went down by 41+ points. I would be cautious with this place. I'm super pissed read more

A very poor buying experience. They did not properly process the DMV paperwork, and the person that Lodi Toyota sold my trade-in to got dozens of parking violations and toll fees. Lodi Toyota said they would handle everything, and weeks later I was getting more bills, some of which now past due so I had to pay. When I went back they told me to go to the DMV myself, but I had to return again to get the right paperwork, spend an afternoon at the DMV and pay some of the fines. On top of all this their mark-ups are absurd; around $12,000. I haggled them down but still so not worth it. I would give zero stars if possible. PLEASE learn from my suffering and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! read more

Very unprofessional staff and rude. My husband and I drove over an hour to meet the sales person for a good deal on a RAV4 after my parents previewed the car for us the day prior and were told they would be willing to negotiate. We drove down the next morning and loved the car. Once we sat down, we were told we couldn't negotiate the price. So we asked if there was someone we could talk to regarding negotiations and the salesperson said "no, it's just me". No worries, we told him we would be on our way and thanked him for his time. He ran and got the assistant manager who immediately started making demeaning remarks toward us and insinuating that we were closed minded and not thinking clearly since we were passing up such a good deal and stated we would not find anything as good as what they were offering us. Based off how we were treated, we decided to leave and drive back home (an hour away). We went to Folsom Lake Toyota and found a way better deal for the exact same car with more included at similar mileage despite what Lodi claimed. We signed our papers and I got a message from my mom screenshotting that the salesperson we spoke to texted her stating that she needs to convince me to buy the vehicle from him and that I was not budging and she needed to convince me. Very unprofessional. Why exactly are you texting my mom? She had nothing to do with the purchase and I'm a full grown, married adult. Ridiculous! read more

Purchased a vehicle with a clean carfax according to Lodi Toyota. Went to find out couple weeks later that that bumper and trunk either got replaced or repainted for some reason. You would think that after their "100" point inspection that they would have noticed that or turn a blind eye and sell the car as is like they did. Just be careful and really inspect the cars. You just never know even coming from big dealerships like Lodi Toyota. Shout out to Mo for trying to help and fix the issue . But it never got right. 30k car with a mismatch bumper / trunk/ body . Also do not get your car detailed there . ‍ they tried waxing the car and knocked the clear off the tail light. JC the salesmen . All nice trying to sell a car and once you call concerning an issue blows you off. Worst customer service read more

BEWARE! They try and charge an extra $2000 on new cars for their "artic blast" service. I walked over to the service department and they charge $160 for the same service. They also are trying to charge$1500 for their "Pro package" which is nitrogen in the tires, stickers on the edges of the doors and a lifetime battery warranty. And the best part was the extra $8000 for "fair market value" $11,500 in markups on a $27,000 vehicle read more

This is my first time using Lodi Toyota. We were loyal patrons of Florin Road Toyota until they moved to Elk Grove and we followed our service professional, Fred, there. We continued at Elk Grove Toyota for another 15++ years. But the cost of gas has forced us to look for a closer dealership as we live in Morada, CA and Lodi is only 3 exits away on Highway 99. My new service professional is Ty. I haven't met him in person yet, as I had to have my 2003 4-Runner towed to the shop on Tuesday. However, Ty has been fantastic!! He called me when the car arrived at Lodi Toyota; he called when the initial service diagnosis was complete and fully discussed his recommendations and also gave me recommended options, with a timeline for completion. Ty has been professional, responsive and extremely helpful. He knows this 4-Runner belonged to my now deceased Mom and respects the sentimental attachment I have for it. I will meet Ty on Monday when I go get the 4-Runner and provide an updated report on the actual service. But I believe it will be another great 5-Star review for Ty and Lodi Toyota. read more

We recently purchased our new 2023 Toyota Camry a few weeks ago here. Our salesman was Manny. By far, he was the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. He was fast to answer all of our questions and helped us out as much as he could. Even after picking up our new car, he was still there to answer our questions if we had any. Thank you much Manny! ******** 0 STARS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They're rude. I was standing there for a least 3 mins, without anyone else around and they literally see you standing right over their desk and yet still does not acknowledge you are there at all!!!!!!!!!!. Not even "how can I help you" or "do you need help?" At least two of them older men sitting in their office. And who ended up helping me?? The young guy behind the cashier. He was very helpful to answer my questions and even recommended an auto body shop that can fix my car. I left there asap. Here's an advice for the two other men, if you don't like your job, quit!! Instead of being there with frowns on your faces and acting rude. Did you think you were gonna sit there getting paid not doing anything?? Take the advices of all the other reviews about their service department and take your car elsewhere. read more

I am in the market for buying a new car, but I am never coming here! My husband had a headlight go out ion him this week in his Camry. We already have a replacement bulb, but did not have the tools to do the replacement. We stopped at this dealership ask if they could swap out the bulbs and I was going to check out the Rav 4's they had on the lot (I have the approval paperwork from my bank for the purchase of a new car). The service guy said they are aren't taking any walk ins on Saturday. I said "it's just a headlight bulb change and I already have the bulbs?" "He said, nope I am not taking any walk ins and I am not making any exceptions!" There were no other customers there!! There are signs all over the dealership saying "under new management" "come and check our sales and services". Well management, you might want to look into your service department. This could have been an easy sale, but now it is just a shitty Yelp review for your business. read more

Never again will I buy a car from Lodi Toyota or recommend them to anyone. I will not use them for any service or parts as well. The car, a Lexus RX 350 had large scratches on the rear hatchback door. I had it added to the repair due bill. I would expect the end result on my due bill in paint repairs would be satisfactory for me, instead it looks like a kid from kindergarten did the repair. After they had the car for 2 days I let them know the the work was terrible and was informed they would need the car for about a week to fix it properly. After waiting over a week for a call to schedule an appointment they called to let me know that they Lodi Toyota will not be fixing the scratches in the paint and the work they did Lodi Toyota is good enough. Really? what ever happened to good customer service? Apparently with Lodi Toyota all they want is your money and then they send you on your way. I would expect this type of treatment from a small unknown dealership but not a major one. read more

Went there with my s/o originally to look at a 2023 Toyota Four Runner and ended up taking a couple of trucks out to test drive. We were met and greeted by JC. Remember the name. Most of the SUV's and trucks in the used car lot that we looked like they had seen better days. Trim on them didn't match all the way around and looked as though they may have been previously in a accident. Or the steering wheel would vibrate in my hands as we were driving it down the road. We also drove a 2023 Tundra. Which was fully loaded and in all honesty we would have considered purchasing it but when we got a quote for what they wanted us to finance it for 15k over MSRP, we were quickly remembered why we don't go to dealerships and sit down. Please understand that this place is to be avoided by anyone who has any common sense. Do your research online and make sure the vehicle is on premises before showing up wasting your time and possibly your hard earned money dealing with the sales people here. read more

I went in fully approved for a car. The salesman and general sales manager were extremely rude and unprofessional . We saw the car advertised at one price had called in to reserve the car. When we got there they increased the price another 1k. I had to ask to speak with the sales manager , he unwillingly agreed to give us the original price or negotiate but was extremely rude .
