Two things they could change instantly that would make a huge difference: 1) get staff to wear masks properly; and 2) have one waiter per table. The food was really good, and the kitchen staff member we saw seemed very professional and was wearing his mask properly. The outdoor environment would be very enjoyable with different service, so it's a shame this aspect which would be so easy to fix isn't working, and people are being put at risk. The good side, I took photo's of everything and e-mailed Sal's head office, they not only gave me a full refund including delivery cost but sent me $90 worth of vouchers.
