When I picked him up he looked incredible, easily one of the best grooms he's ever had in nine years. Then, when I went to pay, she told me she was covering the entire visit. I tried to argue, I was so determined to pay and tip her big, but she wouldn't budge. She just said, 'You have enough going on.' I completely broke down crying right there. I've told this story to so many people this week and I cry every single time, watching them tear up too. *Shell, your talent is amazing, but your kindness and compassion is what I'll never forget. The dog ran out and hit me in my car did over $1400 worth of damage and they didn't care to even call me which I called several times and never returned my phone call. All I wanted was a phone call and an apology from them and they didn't care enough. They said I never gave them my number which I did and they both sat and argued who the owner was of the dog. She even swore at her own employee and said I am the owner you idiot. Just be aware of when you drop your dog off if you even wanna go back to this place. Because I really want them to be accountable.

The first being bloody scabs on her face last July. I spoke with the owner, and while we couldn't agree on the cause, the scabs healed and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It felt like an isolated incident, and they seemed genuinely interested in making sure she was okay. The second incident happened more recently and is harder to set aside. After her appointment, her groomer pointed out a large patch of missing fur on her back. I was asked whether she'd had recent flea treatment or vaccinations, and the answer to both was no, with her last vaccines being eight months ago. I didn't want to jump to conclusions since I was looking at her while she was in her carrier, so I waited until I got home so I could properly assess how visible it was once she was up and moving about. I got home and confirmed that the patch was significant and clearly visible. I would've 1000% noticed something like this. I was with my cat the entire morning. She was sitting on my lap and I was petting her back just 30 minutes before her appointment; it would've been hard to not notice such a significant amount of fur missing as it would've been right in my face and I'm the type to notice if this cat has so much as a booger in her nose. I called back and spoke to her groomer who insisted they didn't remember anything happening during her appointment that could've caused this but they also said that they didn't notice the very noticeable missing fur until near the end of the appointment. I don't know what to make of that, but I am positive that my cat did not arrive this way. The saving grace is that my cat didn't seem to be in any pain and fur grows back (although I'm sure that spot on her back must have been really sore). This was an extremely upsetting experience as my cat is so sweet (even the groomer said she never gives them any trouble) and I only want her taken care of. Let me be clear: I don't believe anyone set out to harm her, but I can't overlook this careless incident and I just don't feel comfortable taking my cat here anymore unfortunately.

They have a dedicated parking lot, though it is a bit tight. Inside, the shop felt very calm and the dogs seemed relaxed. The grooming quality was excellent, and her clean poodle feet looked perfect. However, the price is steep. The service itself was $165, and the total came to $198 with a tip, which is a very high cost for just a trim on a dog her size. The only real problem was communication regarding the timeline. My estimated pickup was 12:30 PM, but after waiting 30 minutes with no word, I had to call them at 1:00 PM for an update. The woman on the phone was very hospitable and concerned, letting me know the groomer was brushing out some matting and that she would be ready at 1:30 PM. Even though I got a text at 1:30 PM saying she was ready, when I arrived she was still on the table being worked on for a quick teeth cleaning that took about 2 minutes. The final look is excellent and the staff is friendly, but the high cost and the timing delays make it hard to give five stars.

Our dog was cut up and had razor burns from her grooming appointment, and they shaved her bare to the skin and did not even give her a bath prior to shaving off all of her hair. (Do NOT go to Juleah!!) When we expressed our disappointment, the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unapologetic instead of showing any concern for what had happened. It appeared that she had not been given water or the basic care we would expect while she was there. Our dog seemed visibly distressed and unlike herself. Cutting a dog and drastically changing their haircut without what we requested. We trusted this salon with our dog and expected her to be treated with care. Will never be returning, and I would strongly encourage other pet owners to think twice before leaving their dog here.
