I told her all the medication I previously tried for my rheumatoid and they were not working out for me and some of them caused blurry vision, so I stopped. She told me there is no way they could of caused vision problems. It says write on my prescription labels, one of the side effects was blurry vision. So she wanted me to start with the basic medication for a trial run, the one they first give you to try for rheumatoid athiritis. But I told her I already took all of that. Guess she didn't pay attention. Throughout the 20 min visit, all she kept talking about was weightloss and I need to excerise. I went in there for inflamation and to stop the curverture of my crooked fingers. All I could think about was how rude this doctor was talking about weight, it had nothing to do with rheumatoid arthiritis. As she headed and opened the door to leave, she told me to take the medication for two weeks and if it doesn't work to come back and see her to go to her weightloss clinic. I was totally shocked and very disappointed, I couldn't believe it. Don't waste your time here, $400 dollars out of pocket was a total waste.

Her attitude was condescending and intolerant when I asked her to answer questions that I had. For a pediatrician's office, more care should be placed in making the office welcoming to children (age appropriate colors, toys, etc). Doctors should take time to introduce themselves to the children. It is a simple request to have doctors patiently and kindly answer parents' questions. I have never felt so unwelcome at a medical professional's office before. Answering simple questions is part of standard professional practice.

It took minutes for someone to answer my call to make my appointment back in February, I received detailed instructions well in advance about how to prepare and what to expect prior to and on arrival. There was plenty of available parking and accessible entrance. I barely had time to sit down before being called back for registration. I was greeted by a very pleasant patient care worker who provided detailed instructions for my ride, took my insurance info and got me squared away. I don't think I was in the lobby more than 10 minutes before being escorted by a very cheerful and friendly nurse who took my vitals, gave me ample time to change into my gown. She was very skilled at getting my IV started and calmed my little fears. I then was escorted to the exam room where I again was greeted by warm nurses who were very attentive and explained again what was going to happen, estimated time it would take and how the rest of the day would go. It felt good to have staff ask if it was okay to touch me. I really appreciated that! My doctor arrived quite promptly and went over my history and again explained what to expect. I was not at the facility no more than 3 hours...probably less than that but I was a little out of it but I remember the high quality of care that I received. I did receive my test results very late or very early this morning and the procedure went very well. Outstanding care! No pictures for obvious reasons.

I never felt nervous or uncomfortable with things happening. With this being my first experience with surgery, I had the usual nervous feeling but I was quickly feeling more comfortable with the bedside manner of all of the staff there. I am a week post op and everything is healing nicely and I feel very confident about the process thanks to the doctors and staff here.

I have narcolepsy. I would think this is a simple issue for a sleep doctor. They also screwed up my sleep test. If you need a sleep doctor find one who at least feels competent to treat even the most basic problems.

I kept getting promises to get a callback from different staff members by a particular person (office staff) to schedule that surgery and it never happened. I made multiple attempts, Eventually, I got a call to change my annual appointment for another doctor. There was no mention of my surgery, but at that point I had already figured out something else. I know getting helpful medical care in the country is hard, but administrative issues shouldn't be the barrier.

I've been to Spectrum Radiology many times over the past several years, especially for the annual…read moreSlammogram! er, mammogram. (I am admittedly very nervous about this, but then lots of us are.) The staff is nearly always cheerful and attentive, the facility is spotless and conveniently located on Youngs Road in Williamsville. But watch out, the road sign is placed parallel to the road, but it ought to be perpendicular so you can see it, plus it's set back from the road a bit. You'll likely pass it the first time. Anywho, the place is perfectly comfortable, although it's not a mega-facility, which is my personal preference. It's clearly an efficient, well-run facility. The waiting room is comfy and the wait time is reasonable. Also, scheduling an appointment is always easy peasy, they're super accommodating. When your name is called, you're escorted to the changing area that is much like a small changing stall at a gym. They don't leave you waiting anxiously for too long, in your opens-in-the-front gown. The images are taken and you're brought to the next room, a sort of holding area, in case they need more images. This particular screening procedure is well, unpleasant -- anywhere you go. But it's so miniscule in duration, it's tolerable. They do their best. They even offer "comfort pads" for $5 which I tried once. Let's face it, it's like putting on a texting glove while the door is slammed on your finger. The doctor reads your films while you wait. In due time, you're either dismissed by the tech with a letter of all clear or you get the additional images if the doc needs to see a different view. Once, they gave me the option of having further images via ultrasound then and there, or to schedule a return appointment for it. Of course I let them do their business right then, the problem was even resolved that day. From the people at the front reception desk, to the technicians, to the doctor, I've always had a very good experience at Spectrum Radiology. Now go get your mammo!

So my Doctor (who is in the same building) sent a request over for X-rays. I checked in very easily. Woman who checked me in was very nice. It's always a relief to have a hassle-free process when you are sick. Waiting room was nice and it was big enough that no one had to sit next to a stranger. There was a large TV on to watch and magazines. Not sure what else because I pretty much live on my phone in any waiting area. When I was called back, I was taken to a little room to change into gowns from the waist up. The woman did not tell me there were lockers for my stuff so I left my clothes in there initially. Whoops! There are lockers in the SECOND waiting area where patients on deck wait. Just find one with a key in it and that's available. Take out the key and put your stuff in. I kept my phone with me to keep me entertained and no one said anything :) The second waiting room is small - only 6 chairs. But the only people in there are patients going up next. It's not the most comfortable to be sitting around men when you are in a gown with no bra on but hey we are all in the same boat. There is a TV in this room as well. The man who did my X-rays was very nice. I did not feel uncomfortable and it was over quickly. Next I went back to the small waiting room once more while a doctor looked over my images. Even though I was there an hour and a half, it went by fairly quickly. They are efficient and I imagine had there been less patients, I would have gone in faster. Great place and easy process. Although it took longer than anticipated, I was very comfortable here and would not dread going back.

I even brought a book with me expecting to be waiting around a while but I didn't need it. After my initial vitals were taken Mike the PA came in a few minutes later. He was friendly and listened to my concerns. I thought everyone here was lovely including the xray tech on. I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and friendly. I was in and out in under an hour and this was with a chest xray and breathing treatment. Mike sent my prescriptions in immediately and they were ready basically in 10 min at my pharmacy. I would highly recommend coming here and make an appointment if you can.
